    I've been doing this workout everyday for almost a month now, and my armpit is a little bit thinner, but my arms and shoulders look really lean(but I still have to loose some fat) and also I definitely can see more of my clavicles

    This is the only arm slimming workout that WORKED for me.       @@mrmrs7798 Hi, I've been doing this for months (2-3 months now I believe) together with her other arm workouts. I do it 2x a day - this one in the morning if I have a free time and the other one before I sleep. Works like magic to me. My arms got slimmer, and my side bra fat, gone! 😁

    So... I kept an open mind about this exercise as I've seen a few videos from others that didn't work. I've been doing this exercises for about 2 weeks & I am seeing a little bit of improvement in my armpit fat. Even more so, I noticed an improvement in my posture. I am standing up straighter & taller, which was definitley a bonus :)

    Thanks so much for sharing this. Just finished 1 today. This is the hardest exercise in regards to armpit fat I've ever done especially the flying part. I can't imagine flying with weak wings... I'll keep doing the exercise for 7 days and then report back. I've also reduced the excess eating 🙏

    Will do this everyday for 2 weeks, let's see.
    I've got a inverted triangle body type, so hoping this reduces my upper body. Planning on combining some cardio daily plus other exercises.
    >>Day 1: Did it. Not very hard, but I found this one after I finished 3 other arm workouts so it definitely hurt. Included 300 jumping jacks before breakfast. A 30 min Tae Bo Cardio workout in the evening.
    >>Day 2: Let's go. I've got a sharp pain in my shoulders from yesterday while doing this and few more workouts, but I kept going, so you can to! Don't give up! Did 30 mins full body in evening.
    >>Day 3: Rest day! Could only do half, Cause my body is in P A I N. Not from this workout but from the intense abs and obliques one I did. Might just go for brisk walking in the evening.
    >> Day 4: Didn't do this. But did two back workouts.
    >>Day 5: Tae Bo for 10 mins + leg workout + this one
    >> Day 6: Went for brisk walking and did a chest workout after coming home
    >> Day 7: Tae Bo for 15 mins + this one
    >> Day 8: Tae Bo + this + one back workout + one posture workout

    Wow, This is awesome! I injured my shoulder years ago and it still feels almost impossible for me to work out my arms or my underarm fat, especially when the workouts require weights. This is the first workout i’ve found that has my arms on fire that doesn’t require weights. I could literally feel it targeting the exact area i’ve been trying to tone for months. Definitely going to be doing this on the regular.

    Hi hana, i really like your upper body workout!!they really emphasize only that specific area! And i can do this sitting on my bed or whenever i want!!

      Youll need a 🔥♥️ CARDIO routine to shed fat So best COMBINE sculpt training routine and a shorter specific targeted muscle training plus , twice a week, a 20 ish min cardio ( jumping jacks, skaters, high knees, jump lunges...) and full body toning routine to 🔥 shed fat including some tricep dips and chest moves .remember you cannot really spot reduce fat ....i would recommend fitnessblender GET STRONG Tank top arms ABS AND UPPER BODY and #JoannaSoh s CHEST AND BACK training or REBECCA LOUISE s ARMS AND ABS WORKOUT ( about 15 min.).

      This is a video for reducing the side fat under the armpits, not for reducing cup size at the front.

    Either I'm imaging things but I've been doing this workout for one week and I see and feel a difference in armpit fat! There is still a little pudge of fat under the arms but its not looking all disgusting! Thank you!

      @@natashaali9490 i did! My armpit area def looked thinner and my bra fat went away a little. But be sure to combine it with other arm, full body etc workouts too. Its more effective. Its great if you add light weights too

      Do it once a day. For quick result it's better to do twice a day until you feel the difference. ☺

    I am having hard time with arm fat ..47 and low progesterone causes arm fat and thigh built up. Seems no matter how much i work out i cant lose more rhan 6-7 lbs a month maybe. And not even. Arms are tough with hormone issues
