Only getting to see this now, great days craic with yourself and Robbie! Its a credit to you and the family lad, great to see the children taking an interest in it all, fair play! Thanks for having us for the day, looking forward to hosting you Down Under and exploring some Australian sheep stations when you get time for a break! Cheers lad!!
Man its great to see the young ones coming through another year under her belt and she will be on the job on her own, that's a great bit of kit when its working you will be glade to have Robbie back we will no doubt see his holiday snaps 😂, enjoyed the video well done Davie thanks for sharing good luck
That trap door exit reminds me of the demon barber of Fleet Street in London’s murky past.I hope Robbie is getting treatment for his tremor, with my husband it turned out to be Parkinson’s, the tremor is imperceptible now he is on the full dose.
I’m not as keen on the drop bottom, next lambs up hesitant and the drop might not be good for the limbs long term. I get that they’re not often in it, and that the drop isn’t extreme but heavier ewes or rams might be susceptible to injury. Will follow with interest as always, love what ya doing.
Here David, where is Robbie share of the “profits” now he’s not looking for a new extension or a new ram but a little brown envelope wouldn’t go amiss.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
What good is a little brown envelope when he has maxed out the credit card on holidays? What Robbie needs is a large brown envelope stuffed with wads of cash.😀💰💰💰💶💶💶
What’s the app or software on your phone that connects it all into talking to each other David? Have a trutest head and stick reader, be intrigued to see if I could get it to run off my phone. Enjoyed as always 👍
Great to see the next generation helping out and not afraid to get stuck in. Great set up you have. Great videos Having to change the dose for worming sheep is common this year, getting the correct dose via a dung sample definitely helps as they thrive again in no time once they are sorted
@@sheepschool365 we dosed a few weeks ago, done a dung sample last week and redosed according to dung sample for tapeworm. Good luck with yours, hope it's good news 🤞Always hardship with sheep but hard to beat it though 🐑
I really need to get her in a video for an update! She is a super dog but proving very hard to break. She picked up some very bad habits at her last address but improving all the time 👌

Thank you.. really hoping this second sample Robbie dropped in brings better news 🤞

What software are you using for the phone and the EW7i scales
I usually use Sheepware from TGM but the phone software I was using today is a trial that came with the crate called Smartworm from Cotter Agritech.
Hi there! Can i ask how often you worming the flock?
Depends on how the lambs are doing but usually every 5-6 weeks from May until October. Think I've caught these just in nick of time!
What doses did you use on the lambs throughout the year
I used white drench in May, clear drench in July & clear again this time with the plan of using yellow drench next time.
We'res the second dog you had did he not work out ?
I really need to get her in a video for an update! She is a super dog but proving very hard to break. She picked up some very bad habits at her last address but improving all the time 👌
Where did you purchase the sheep race very impressive
Bought it from Cotter Agritech in Co Limerick.
Ok
The lambs were only on that field for 30 minutes while shuffling other sheep around to get them into the shed. if only it was that simple...
You need to put some concrete down
My wants would make a poor man rich 😉
I’ve never heard that saying David” my wants would make a poor man rich” very clever.❤️❤️❤️
