    A draggy will give accurate gps times as well as 1/8 mile and even quarter mile times. The no prep no time drag races use it to keep their times and mph to themselves.

    Been rewatching the road to horsepower series got me thinking. A dyno session would be cool to see the differences between the 3 different hemi heads. The predator hemi, ducar/Tillotson hemi and the wildcat hemi. Using the same short block with the average build; billet flywheel and rod, .265 cam, flatslide carb. Even use the same thickness of head gasket (new gasket for each head swap). Would be cool to see the dyno charts to see what head works best at which rpms.

    Respectable numbers. EC makes thee best billet flywheel and matches what the can manufactures state for timing. ARC is still good but have to buy a 2-3 deg key on top of the flywheel for some reason. Also thank you very much for being honest in the 0-30Mph issue. Always important to build the trust of your viewers and no worries as it wasn’t something anybody knew up front and great catch on the TEAM RBG’s part.
    See ya ✌🏼 next vid

    • @NubsWithGuns
      @NubsWithGuns 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Not every flywheel has the same ignition timing preset.
      It's not someone else fault when one buys the wrong one and has to use a key.
      Both of those comapnies make great parts that I would use without much question.

    • @ol-man-duffyj688
      @ol-man-duffyj688 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@NubsWithGunstroll games? No. It’s called don’t be commenting on shit you don’t know anything about. ARC knows 80% of hot cams suggest a 17deg timing so why make a 15 deg flywheel? Troll. YOU are the troll dude I commented, My comment makes sense and you come along with an opinion and no data to back it up. No shit nobody needs a key but it’s not easy setting that flywheel perfectly at 17Degs without one. Anyway I’m still standing on what I said. EC knows what the cam market asks for and ARC makes a damn good product but stupidly sets their modified wheels at 15 deg’s. Go back under your bridge dude. I didn’t ask your opinion.

    Go by distance. You start at roughly the same place each time so you can calculate a known distance using your footage from the previous runs and compare that to the new runs. Once you know your distance you can use your footage to give you a time and you can compare that over the various stages of the build. Kind of like a dragster.

    I haven't found an accurate mph device or app. But i do know that the ones you download are highly inaccurate. Google Maps is about the closest that i can say at being accurate, but have to set a destination to get it to pop up. I have an old Murray Outlaw that I put a staight axle on with pred 212 stock and cvt. Gps app says i do 38 mph, but i had a cop clock me at 45. Google Maps has shown 44. Go pro 44 to 46. I weigh 215 lbs. I've watched your videos for a long time and always felt something wasn't right. Either from what I've experienced or from yours. Hope you find something that works with accuracy!

    What engines to see in the future? How about us Canadians eh? We have an engine called Power Fist widely available, but nobody doing videos on them😢..(p.s-power fist is Honda clone but still better than predator…)

    I know on Amazon they sell this thing called a draggy. I will do 0 to 30, and more. Ive just seen another youtuber use it for his 0 to 30 times. Not sure what he uses for top speed.

    I noticed how rough the cam looked in your video. It looked really bad. Is this how their products look. Very unrefined. Look at the 1:20 mark metal looks pitted

    Hey guy’s question! I have a predator 459cc noticed a lot of surface rust on my fly wheel and I had no spark after letting it sit for 3 weeks and it wouldn’t start, toady I went to start it and it started right up! Any suggestions on what too clean the flywheel with!

      Fine sandpaper like 800 or 1000 grit lightly! sand the outer edge then just make sure to check ignition gap with a feeler gauge
