X-O Manowar hurts the most. Thanks to your channel I discovered Valiant Comics and am currently plowing through 2012-2018 era of their publishing line. It's fun, tightly written and vastly enjoyable. To know that the end is looming on the horizon is heartbreaking. Superman, and Cap...they are deemed "problematic" and it's likely they will suffer for at least a few more years sadly.
@@Wes_From_TC I discovered We Live, and The Kill Lock through your channel as well. Amazing books. Adding best of the week with Drew from Comics Elite was a nice touch. Shining the spotlight on some wonderful indie gems.
My favorite representation of Captain America was in a Frank Miller Daredevil Comic where a corrupt general tells Cap the the government appreciates his loyalty. Cap grasps a nearby American flag and states “I am loyal to nothing general but the dream.” It is because Cap fights so hard for the promise of America that he hates those who corrupt it. He isn’t naive, he’s hopeful and committed. Don’t mess with the core of a hero.
‘If you don’t like America, don’t write Captain America. If you don’t like Truth, Justice and the American way, don’t write Superman. It’s not that hard.”…perfect
The real question is: are Marvel/DC editorial allowing this garbage, or are they the driving force behind it? Both parties own the blame for how poorly it's being delivered, but I believe editorial is intentionally selecting writers who will do whatever is asked, giving them story points and letting them go with it. I think for Marvel it's coming more from editorial, while DC has more of it's coming from leadership above editorial. X-Men is it's own special case. I don't know how that office hasn't been removed and replaced. Jordan White seems to be hiring most people based on check boxes and twitter bios, and allowing them to dictate everything.
YOU WONDER WHY OLD COLLECTORS LIKE MYSELF HAVE WALKED AWAY ITS THE DISTRUST OF EDITORS AND WRITERS TO HANDLE OUR HEROS. THERE IS NO ENJOYMENT IN READING TRASH.
I have collected 60 years worth of Batman, Detective, and other Bat titles but DC is finally broken me. Dropped many titles and others are hanging on by a thread.
Stan Lee said it best. Maintain the integrity of your character. When writers do stuff like this, It destroys them! Just look at hank Pam! He has been utterly destroyed!!!!!
One of my favorite characters for sure. Didn't really care much for the MCU version either. Would've loved to have seen Ant-Man & Wasp as contemporary founding members in the Avengers film.
As a 43+ year fan of Iron Man, I'm frankly disappointed that the steady decline of what became the MCU's flagship character is in my opinion largely ignored or brushed off in these discussions about comic book characters being disrespected time and time again by the writers/editorial teams. Thank you The Right Geek and Evandro Antonio Cruz for speaking up also about this matter. In the modern era, Matt Fraction's run on Iron Man was excellent overall in terms of both writing and art. I tend to point new readers to that run as well as the classic David Micheline/John Romita Jr./Bob Layton and Dennis O'Neill runs to get an idea of how the character should be handled. Kieron Gillen followed Fraction's run and started off strong. Gillen had some cool ideas regarding Tony's origin going back to Howard and Maria trying to have a baby with a bit of Man From U.N.C.L.E. and Mission: Impossible tossed in for good measure. Then he dropped the ball with the revelation in Iron Man's 50th anniversary year of Tony being adopted. After that, there was a steady decline in character integrity with Tom Taylor's Superior Iron Man leading the pack and continuing thereafter with the Brian Michael Bendis and Dan Slott runs. Then Christopher Can'tWriteWell came along. He has deconstructed Iron Man/Tony Stark into a character with the name of Iron Man/Tony Stark but essentially no other qualities even vaguely resembling anything positive from the 56+ year run at this point. Currently, Can'tWriteWell apparently took "inspiration" from Tom Taylor's Superior Iron Man run and pushed it to ludicrous speed.
I think my main issue with how some of the X-writers are writing comics are they are just resolving conflicts with just..talking. And a very boring style at that. Like in Trial of Magneto, they defeated the Kaijus by talking to Scarlet Witch. Excalibur, while fighting King Arthur's army in one page, the next panel shows everyone standing and talking. What the hell, everyone just stops killing each other and just continue their 'fight' by talking? And all of the talking in New Mutants; all conflicts are resolved by constant talking. To think, that I really liked how the Shadow King story started, Vita gave me false hope that this story might be a good one from her. Then, X-Corp was a 5 issue mini series of boring corporate talking. What a waste of a badass lineup of Monet, Warren and Jamie. However, the political machinations in SWORD and the banters in Hellions are the exceptions in reading interesting conversations between the characters. The upcoming Immortal X-men hopefully lands in the good side of the spectrum.

This had got to be a hard choice. There was waaaaay too many to choose from... "Why do these editors let their writers do this." Because if they don't the editors get fired and replaced and the writers still put out the unedited trash? Editors aren't allowed to do their jobs anymore. How many times do I have to repeat this? You nailed it, man. Your videos are giving me food for thought and I feel I need to comment on them--and I apologise beforehand for doing so. Pun intended in here: This is the real "Identity Crisis". There has to be a balance: you want to add new elements to your stories/characters, so that they feel fresh/modernized--yet you cannot overdo it. The core of what made each character be beloved and recognizable cannot be "eclipsed" by the addition of hundreds new traits just to catter for group A, B, C....X, Y, Z.. That's why I've been not following the new comics for the past 2 years--yes I will check one thing here another there, but no longer as I used, as a person that would have wishlists and was waiting for book A or B to be out to grab and read. Another thing: Is it only me or the art is getting more "cartoon-ish" and more bland?
I haven't read a Captain America since 2011 I actually like comics of Captain America where he acknowledges that America is different today than it used to be and him acknowledging some of the failures. It doesn't mean that he hates the country, he still has beliefs and ideals
Thanks to your channel, I missed quite a few stinkers but here are a few that got through: Spirits of Vengeance: Spirit Rider, Suicide Squad: Get Joker, Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, Batman 89, Deadbox, Far Sector, and the comic that made me sad, FF Life Story.
I can't disagree with anything you say here. These were a lot of trash books. One thing that bugs me with Superman and Captain America is you CAN do stories where the characters get disillusioned. It's been done a lot in the past to good effect! The thing is that a good writer will bring it full circle and let them find their way and become heroes for hope again. Captain America has quit or been forced to quit several times in old stories. Ones that come to mind are Cap #176-186 in the old series as well as Cap #132-150. The secret to a good story is having him come to terms with what he feels like are the failing of America and working harder to help make the American dream a reality. Modern writers just want to tear Cap down and have him give up. Anybody can do that. It's the rebuild that makes the story good. Too many of the "Top Shelf" writers just come up with these stories of "Ooooo....Let's destroy a hero!" and leave it at that. Like you said. They have no idea how to build them up and leave a better character for the next person. Or a good character for themselves. This Watchmen deconstruction shit has gone on too long. Anybody can poke holes in superhero books. It's not hard at all. It's making them cool and heroic that is the hard part. And the modern guys just don't seem capable of doing it. Tom King probably needs to spend some time in a rehab clinic. Not being funny. Seriously. He's using comics as his therapy, but the books are getting darker and more deranged as time goes on. That is a sure sign that he needs helps with his real life issues and writing his problems in books is obviously not helping him come to terms. When I first saw his stuff on Batman, I liked it. It seemed like he would take five issues to do a story that could be done in one, but I still liked it. But City of Bane was just trash. And I am glad you called Tynion out on Joker War and Fear State! I felt the same damned way! Three big events that should be classified as three big failures to launch! They tease you with a big story and it goes absolutely nowhere! THREE TIMES! Don't get me wrong. I like Tynion on Nice House on the Lake. I LOVE that book. But his Batman run just seems like it's been there to try to introduce "Big New characters"! I mean, I know that Comic Tom loves it because he can push "big value books" monthly without having to actually read them just seeing the Tynion solicitations. But, even though Punchline (Wish Harley Quinn), Not-So Miraculous Molly, and Ghost Maker (Wish Moon Knight....Which is really bad since Moon Knight is a Great Value Batman) all pop up, they just didn't go anywhere. Just like the stories they were in. If DC isn't careful, they're going to kill the goose that lays the golden eggs. Or should I say Bat? Superman...I wish crappy authors would leave this character alone. The thing about Superman is that you have to really embrace his character if you're going to write him. Yes, he's mega-powerful, which makes it hard to give him a good fight. So you have to delve into his character to make a better than average story. But I hate the way everyone has embraced that Zack Snyder version of Superman where John Kent teaches Superman to hide and never show your powers, rather than the one we've all been familiar with who taught his adopted son to go above and beyond and do the right thing. This modern version where Superman constantly "feels like an alien" doesn't work. Ok, I'll just say it. I'm adopted myself. And I totally feel like I'm a part of my family. I don't know who birthed me. Not a clue. So I have NO CONNECTION to those people! If someone came up and said: "Hey, you're part of the Jones family from Scotland", I wouldn't know what that means. I was born in the United States and lived with my family my whole life. That IS my family. I can't see Clark missing Krypton....Since he was an infant when he was shot away on a rocket! That would have no meaning for him. But being an Earthman from Smallville totally would. Maybe these authors were born in families going back ten generations that have no concept of how it feels to be adopted. But unless you're made to feel alien, you're going to feel part of that family by default. Hell, maybe I should be writing Superman. Hit the bricks, Bendis! And finally, Wally West. Is the day going to come where the Wally haters are not allowed to work on those books? WHY do so many writers seem to hate Wally? Did they grow up on the damned CW show and think Barry Allen is the only Flash? So many people that grew up in the 80's and 90's had Wally West as THEIR Flash....And it would be nice if modern writers would quit tearing him down! I mean, recent issues of the Flash have done better by him. But now, i just feel like they're giving him some slack so they can stomp him again. If some tyrant had Superman raped in that Superman comic, DC and Tom King both took turns on Wally West. The bullshit just doesn't seem to stop. They erase him in New 52, but bring him back in Rebirth. Tom King makes him a killer, but Flash Forward gave him some respect back. And then that garbage in Future State: Flash. Just....Stop, DC. Stop. It feels like that episode of South Park where Spielberg and Lucas keep raping Indiana Jones. I'll leave it at that.
Tbh Marvel & DC are dead. Only thing I collect from them is back issues or trades of classic runs. Current Marvel & DC are 🗑. Tom King is a piece of 💩 for what he did to my boy Michael Holt aka Mr Terrific 😒😒.
Having only read back issues is the best thing I did as far as comics are concerned. I have only read 80s and 90s comic books this year, and they were all awesome.
Wes I hope that after the Warner - Discovery merger in 2022 , David Zaslov will do a huge changes at DC and will cancel series that don;t sell , fire lame-ass writers and will keep the ones that are actually good at their jobs and maybe hire ones that are good. From what I've read about David Zaslov of Discovery he's a more of a "the customer is always right" and "give the people what they want kind of guy so we'll see. Aside from that Wes after the success of Batman Black & White , Superman Red & Blue and Wonder Woman Black & Gold what other DC characted should get a colorful treatment, because I've always imagined Green Lantern as a perfect title for an anthology series with distinct color palettes. Green Lantern: Green , Red & Yellow ?
+Thinking Critical You know with that Recliner in the background you should just angle it in front of the camera and just film your videos from that. Also your video mirroring is very noticeable lol. Fun video!
Worst Comics I've read in 2021 *Mister Miracle: Source of Freedom.* Good art, good fight scenes, pacing in enjoy Shilo Norman interaction with Mother Box but It has plot holes and inconsistency problem. Brandon Easton self inserted himself into Shilo Norman I've read his Interview with CBR. And sad that Brandon Easton's run of Shilo Norman was not good Easton had the chance to make Shilo Norman one of the characters created by The Jack Kirby to be more popular. But Now DC is race-swapping Scott Free to be black in Comic, Mister Miracle: The Great Escape. This could've been a new story about Shilo Norman in Great escape it could've been better than Easton's run but no DC prefers to race swap Scott Free. And that is mostly disappointing. Does the writer of Great Escape evens know who Shilo Norman is? He could team up with Tanda the New Black Racer Girl from Future State. *Save Yourself,* If Magical girl were evil is a great idea, but it was executed very poorly. Someone on this Channel as me what I don't like about Save Yourself. Here it is the main characters are so generic. It would be better if The Lovely Trio, the evil Magical girls was the main protagonists, using influences, media, wealth and power to get what they want, and the antagonist is a private detective solving the case to exposed Three magical girls with Mia's or any alien's Help. And there's many pilot holes, The story established, Lovely trio, Aoe, Gen and Thel, There Mia one of the former magical girl. But Gigi always knew that's there's a 5th magical girl, Viridi, that person killed Gigi's brother. If Gigi knew about that why she's still a fan of the Lovely Trio, until they killed a rando? I assume Viridi is that the Green hair person with the Bomber Letterman Jacket that bump into Gigi 2nd after Mia bump into Gigi 1st. And Viridi was never seen it the rest of the comic series, why mention them if they won't show up? Would it make sense for them to appear in the last issue you know a cliffhanger(or they want to subvert that?) Again If Magical girl were evil is a great idea, but everything else is bad. *Japan ad Anime seeing Save yourself: Look what they need to mimic a fraction of our power.* *Children of the Atom,* I wish I good back in time to tell myself who first discovered Vita Ayala by Children of the Atom and said to my past self, Vita Ayala is not a good writer, don't waste your money on those comic they made, Your expectations these new characters that they Mothervine Mutant survivors is false, Jordon White is to blame for Mach 2, Guardian's Death and sidelined Jimmy Hudson, he have his own identity, Poison and they're doing nothing with him and he gonna continues to enabling Vita Ayala's bad writing. *Nubia Real One* that comic disgusted me in many levels. The writer had this sick Idea is that The cashier will let the robbers rob the store because they're white and when Nubia and she save everyone in the store by knocking the robbers out, the Cashier calls her a thief and called the cops on her. What a mindset the writer have that a person let people rob people based on this skin. Realistically That Cashier would thank Nubia for saving everyone from the Robbers but no The writer don't want Cashier to be thankful nor the writer don't want see Nubia as human. This writer need to go outside and touch grass. X men Green: Nature Girl is not a hero, just a psychopath. Deserves to be locked up for the rest of her life. Heck I wouldn't mind I make her a Villain if I work for Marvel. She can be Marvel's Poison Ivy. Gerry Duggan needs therapy spend time off the internet and twitter. I would put I am not Starfire but I didn't personally read it, I just watch other TH-cam videos reviews on it.
I don't care how much you love comics, how can anyone enjoy the current output from Marvel and DC. It is pure @ss cancer! Destroying the legacy of their most beloved characters makes me think that these creators must be human/lizard hybrids with no soul or conscience. I haven't bought a "Big Two"comic in two years and don't see myself ever going back.
Glad something from Valiant made this list, the output since Dinesh left has been disastrous. XO was embarrassingly bad, imagine following Robert Venditti and Matt Kindt with Hopeless Hallum!??
Glad somebody loves X-O Manowar as much as I do. It was hard getting through the latest series and I’m so relieved it’s over at 9 issues. Valiant has failed for several years now; with the exception of Shadowman by Cullen Bunn. Gamma Flight by Marvel was horrible!!! An Immortal Hulk spin off with Al Ewing’s name attached but there is no way he wrote any of this. Writing was horrible and the art was not at the same level as Immortal Hulk either. Dropped after 2 issues. Should have stopped after the first. Ninjak was bad. Superman: Son of Kal-El I gave 3 issues because of the art. The writing is not why I pick up a Superman comic. If I want good Superman I’m thankful I bought the Peter J Tomasi Superman Omnibus and the Super Sons run. Those are great Superman and Jon Kent comics. DC and Marvel are so disappointing!
I miss X-Men Green in your list Wes.One of most terrible things that I read in a super-heroes comic book. And I don't know why DC and Marvel allow this character assassination of your iconic super-heroes.Why allow cynical people write idealistic heroes like Superman and Captain America? Why this obsession in to destroy what is more pure, noble and heroic in your comics?
The standard of professional writing craftsmanship, imaginative storytelling and strong editorial oversight at Marvel Comics has been rapidly in decline for over a decade. Those standards were definitely upheld, in place and expertly executed when Jim Shooter was in charge.
To keep trying to make one person----ONE PERSON----the end-all, be-all of MARVEL's success is getting tiring. No one person could run an entire mass production, assembly-line process that produces as many comic books as MARVEL did. MARVEL had two of the best Production Managers in the business: John Verpoorten and Sol Brodsky (both gone on to glory, now). MARVEL had a core group of EDITORS. MARVEL had creators who cared about the characters, the craftsmanship, and the company. It was not one person doing the whole thing, top to bottom on every title that MARVEL put out.
@@Wes_From_TC That dosen't surprise me I do feel i did beat this issue to death after it came out too much this year, but I guess that says how hard it is to find an inspirational story in comics, even a short story.
The Captain America one wasn't that bad. All heroes at some point doubt their core beliefs then pull through at the end.... But all the Superman taking up the holy Krypton, is just too much ... ☹️
Xmen needs a reboot and to be reduced to just 5 members for a year with no access to time travel, outer space or alternative versions of the characters
Let's hope 2022 is better for DC. Action Comics is my favorite book from DC this year. Batman Fear State had some incredible art but I've read better stories. Invincible is the best series I've read this year. Happy New Year people. If 2002 or 2012 didn't go the way you wanted it to, now is your chance to redo it better in 2022.
Definitely going to agree that X-Factor 10 was a true stinker. I don't know if it is the worst read of my year but, I definitely would have really look deeper to figure it out.
Hahahahahaha I bought MOM I was duped!!!! I usually love all things image… I’ll buy them right off the shelves no hesitation… That book has left a bad taste in my mouth so image comics will now be vetted as well 😩
I most likely don't share the same political views as Wes, but he does have some very salient points, particularly the bizarre, seemingly non-existent editorial oversight on comics for the Big Two. I do disagree on US of Cap't America, though. It was fairly well received, though individual issues definitely varied. I am guessing it has something to do with differences pointed out in my first sentence?
If a friend gift wrapped any of these comics to me I would Invite them for a drink get them really drunk to where they don’t remember that day and while they were sleeping on my couch I would go to any local comic shop and sell it not caring how much I got back in return and when they asked I would just say man you were really drunk that day
Does this channel just hate comics? Did you say Tom King is one of the worst writers at dc?? No offense but that's a terrible take and ages like milk. Human Target is a a damn good book. Agree about Aaron, FS Flash : though I actually enjoyed some of the FS books like Swamp Thinf and Action Comics. And they are mostly past the what FS showed. Children of the atkm was a stinker too. But if I don't like book I drop it and don't look back. I think right now in February 2022 we've gotten some great books . Most of the annuale are nice too I And yeah Tini Howard was a big shitshow on Catwoman..

I believe they're driving much of it. As I understand it, editors come up with story concepts and hire writers to execute them.
Wokeism is whats killing comic's.
How can the people the comic companies not see this ?
It's a dark time in mainstream comics when characters like Superman and Captain America are deemed "problematic".
It's a mad world.

Tom King is a certified racist comic book writer. He needs to be FIRED from DC COMICS and the DC UNIVERSE, next year. He's a lousy writer.
Bendis too.
Bro, what did Tom King do specifically????,
Most Marvel and DC comics these days have zero future value. They aren't collectible or desired.

You have some very good things to say brother I subscribed good job!
Thanks 👊
Wes what happened to the rando audio opening clips? those were fun.
Trying to get right into the content
I like your thumbnail. Lol
Thanks 👊
"Christopher Can'tWriteWell." Ha! This embittered Iron Man fan is going to steal that.
Since Matt Fraction the Golden Avenger don't had one single good run since then.Very sad that.
Tbh Marvel & DC are dead. Only thing I collect from them is back issues or trades of classic runs. Current Marvel & DC are 🗑. Tom King is a piece of 💩 for what he did to my boy Michael Holt aka Mr Terrific 😒😒.
What is the beef with Wally West. He was so great in the Geoff John's run and the JL cartoon
They fucked it up by bringing barry back.
Having only read back issues is the best thing I did as far as comics are concerned. I have only read 80s and 90s comic books this year, and they were all awesome.
The main point of Hellfire Gala was playing dress-up. (Just check out all the character design covers to see how much work they invested in that)
Happy New Year Wes! All the best for the channel and hope you and your family are always healthy :)
Happy New Year
I hate future state flash that book nearly broke me
That's a rough read.
Fun video!
Worst Comics I've read in 2021
*Mister Miracle: Source of Freedom.* Good art, good fight scenes, pacing in enjoy Shilo Norman interaction with Mother Box but It has plot holes and inconsistency problem.
*Japan ad Anime seeing Save yourself: Look what they need to mimic a fraction of our power.*
*Children of the Atom,* I wish I good back in time to tell myself who first discovered Vita Ayala by Children of the Atom and said to my past self, Vita Ayala is not a good writer, don't waste your money on those comic they made, Your expectations these new characters that they Mothervine Mutant survivors is false, Jordon White is to blame for Mach 2, Guardian's Death and sidelined Jimmy Hudson, he have his own identity, Poison and they're doing nothing with him and he gonna continues to enabling Vita Ayala's bad writing.
Those are some real stinkers!!!
There are good comics DC and Marvel are publishing. You just need to know where to look.
Surprised Bendis Justice league didn't make it along with forcing us to buy it to get ram v amazing justice league dark - truly diabolical
hey wes happy new year.
Happy New Year
Glad something from Valiant made this list, the output since Dinesh left has been disastrous. XO was embarrassingly bad, imagine following Robert Venditti and Matt Kindt with Hopeless Hallum!??
The current Valiant Comics, outside of Shadowman, are abysmal.
Man… dudes be realllllllyyyyyy bitter around these parts…
Thanks for sharing Richard.
That's a good point.
What's your take on DC vs. Vampires? Plot holes you can drive a truck through.
Dynamite Comics and Dark Horse are still good they just have a couple of bad ones but overall good stuff
Go read Generations in Supetman Red and Blue #5 in that comic to see what Superman really thinks of Earth and how he fits into it.
I'm covering that comic soon.
@@Wes_From_TC That dosen't surprise me I do feel i did beat this issue to death after it came out too much this year, but I guess that says how hard it is to find an inspirational story in comics, even a short story.
Damn! I'm so glad I stepped out of buying current comics. This is really sad, It's like watching something we love disintegrate.
Cap has questioned the “American Way/Dream” since the runs in the 80’s.
He's questioned the American government not the American dream.
The Captain America one wasn't that bad. All heroes at some point doubt their core beliefs then pull through at the end.... But all the Superman taking up the holy Krypton, is just too much ... ☹️
Pay attention to my Top 5's of 2021 on my channel.
Think you might be surprised what is in the Top 5s in the comics, it will show up around February
Speaking of the neighborhood bike, aren't you friends with Mandy Summers?
No idea who that is.
They will destroy your heroes and icons.
Protocols of the elders of Zion
Xmen needs a reboot and to be reduced to just 5 members for a year with no access to time travel, outer space or alternative versions of the characters
Are you saying that City of Bane is better than fear state
City of Bane was last year.
I know that but are you saying that City of Bane is better than fear state
@@scottrowe5033 I wouldn't say that.
At this point, I long for the days of a boring, regular, superhero adventure…or maybe stopping some dudes from robbing a bank.
Uh, what did King do to Guy Gardner? I haven't heard.
I made a full vid on it.
He’ll fire gala was some artist attempt to get in to the fashion industry’s.
Selina Kyle in Bat/Cat. Lol
Definitely going to agree that X-Factor 10 was a true stinker. I don't know if it is the worst read of my year but, I definitely would have really look deeper to figure it out.
Not sure what the hell is going on with the editory staffs of Marvel, DC and others these days.
The only comics I read nowadays are re-prints of old story lines from the 80’s and 90’s and manga everything else is crap
The worst comic i read this year was robins by Tim seeley and FS flash
Robins was in the running.
Hahahahahaha I bought MOM I was duped!!!! I usually love all things image… I’ll buy them right off the shelves no hesitation… That book has left a bad taste in my mouth so image comics will now be vetted as well 😩
That comic is trash.
I knew that Tom King is on this list although i havent seen your reviews before. I don’t get the hate Tom King gets.
I Am Not Starfire, X Men Green, and Gotham High were really bad.
A lot of bad comics but there still are some good that have come out this year like venom and Alien so here's hoping that there will be more to come
jesus christ this is a very wide list
Marvel and DC really want to go out of business
Worse comic if the year is....
Refuse X Last Resort
Dude where you that Batman shirt
Metro shopping mall in the Philippines
How can a grown man be so upset about comic books? Lol. Go outside brother.
Talk about story crap read teen titans academy by Tim sheridan or any of the story Tim Sheridan did for dc this 2021 it's all elephant diarrhea bs
Tim Sheridan is a special kind of terrible.
This is a good list of terrible books
Worst comics of 2021? ..all of them
You know what didn’t stink #tankers #thelot #odinnseye # slaybells #MonsterKillSquad all #BadIdea #comics
If a friend gift wrapped any of these comics to me I would Invite them for a drink get them really drunk to where they don’t remember that day and while they were sleeping on my couch I would go to any local comic shop and sell it not caring how much I got back in return and when they asked I would just say man you were really drunk that day
Lol
Does this channel just hate comics? Did you say Tom King is one of the worst writers at dc?? No offense but that's a terrible take and ages like milk. Human Target is a a damn good book.
Agree about Aaron, FS Flash : though I actually enjoyed some of the FS books like Swamp Thinf and Action Comics. And they are mostly past the what FS showed. Children of the atkm was a stinker too.
But if I don't like book I drop it and don't look back. I think right now in February 2022 we've gotten some great books . Most of the annuale are nice too
I
And yeah Tini Howard was a big shitshow on Catwoman..
I love comics and my takes on Tom King will stand the test of time!
@@Wes_From_TC hey you like what ya like. I was grumpy cause I couldn't sleep all night haha. But I will always disagree w your Tom King assessment
