LOVE IT. Great culture and management, so many companies are short sighted and use the implementation of robots to remove people. When they are meant to be muda bots.

'Use your brain and not your wallet' _ and then you buy Kuka Robots for 200.000 USD .. I dont get what is supposed to be lean with that? Its a good shop. But Lean?
The robot cost less than 10k, we used in house self taught skills to, create the work cell, manufacture and program the whole system 😉🙂
Human welders can be a prickly bunch to work with and they aren’t cheap either.
These robots seem to do a good job on these light duty products.
