You never offset the fan speed after the swith to ML120 pro ? They always stayed at 11% in ACC when I switched from the stock fan. With the offset I can hit 57% (which I guess is the real maximum speed of the Fan).
Hi I bought a headset HP 360g (USB) and the equalizer of the Alienware command center Equalizer doesn't recognize the device, I was looking for a solution but nothing, can you help me what to do? My computer is a dell G5 5587
I just got an R16 with an i9-14900KF and a 4080 SUPER. In the latest version of AWCC I can see the advanced view tab for the CPU and fans but not for the GPU or memory. I called Dell support and they didn't have an answer. Any ideas?
When I access my ACC, I don’t have advanced view for cpu, and memory only GPU. I installed an aftermarket memory(Kingston3200mhz64gb). And I undid the optimized the MUX switch in the bios. Is that why? Or did I mess something up. Thanks.
After I swapped the fans out my awcc doesn’t have the temperature section. It has the update available button on the top right but nothing happens when I click on it
@@RyanYu the Corsair ml120 pro fans. I had to remove gpu to upgrade and my windows was wiped from pc so I reinstalled windows and Alienware command center and now I’m here…again
I use to be abel to see cpu and ram on my command center but since I changed my cpu to i9 I don't see neither my ram or cpu only my gpu, might it be the command center or something else?

I am Idling at 30-35 Celcius for CPU and GPU, when playing Red Dead Redemption 2 1440p everything ultra I max out GPU at 99%-100% and max temp hits 80 Celcius. I'd like to get it down lower, already used thermal paste on the GPU ram Junctions. I am thinking of maybe moving the top HDD to under the GPU to add another fan in the system, Not sure how best I'd add the extra fan since there isn't really a mount there and having the HDD moved under the GPU may actually reduce air exchange even with an extra intake fan.
@@RyanYu It is a 3080. I originally just replaced the radiator fan, with the noctua fan. I think I'll add another noctua to sandwich the radiator between 2 exhaust fans for better ambient temps.
@@RyanYu I wouldn't say 80 Celcius max is overheating, it doesn't get hotter than that ever, even after a whole day of Red Dead 2 it caps at 80. Just would be nice to get it to stay in the low to mid 70s. I also live in the desert, the room I am in fluctuates between 25-31 Celcius
Man I’m having issues reaching high fps on overwatch. I’m running overwatch on low settings with 1080p and barley getting 200 fps..it changes from 150-200. I’m on a 360hz monitor. 11th gen i9/ 3080/ 32gb @3200mhz/ 1000 watt power supply. Any recommendations on why I’m not getting higher fps
@@RyanYu so I’ve done those.. when I try and over lock my pc will just restart. Every single time. I’ve downloaded all the new drivers and even completely reset my pc. Rn I’m using 4(8gb) sticks of DDR4@ 3200 MHz. I really don’t know what the issue is
@@RyanYu well mine looks different from yours in this video. I just downloaded the occ update that came out a few days ago I believe. My cpu section looks a lil different from yours and has something called auto boost with 3 different levels. I don’t understand it so I was wondering if you could look into it considering there isn’t videos on this that I can find.
@@rayg1022able The top and front fans make pretty much amount of noise too. if you change those fans the noise will lower for sure. I have a video just for that. make sure to subscribe the channel if you haven't for more videos and to support this small channel. THX.
@@RyanYu so theres a video I watched on how to uninstall the AWCC here on TH-cam by alienware support. I was going to follow the steps there and do it but then I read the comments. Literally everybody who tried to reinstall is having serious problems with it. It seems like its broken from what people say. I'm going to be safe and not attempt this judging from everybodys bad experience. Thanks for trying to help tho.

Hi, great video. I followed and replaced the front and top fans. it's quieter but vram temp is higher at 108. I started AWCC(first time) to see the my top fan spped at 10% and front fan speed at 28% and the thermal profile is balanced. did you manually adjust the 2 fans` speeds accordingly for the new Corsair ML120 pro fans? or you didn't change and use default balanced or performance profiles? Thanks.
Man i had this on my laptop and it was tripping they told me to uninstall then reinstall and now i cant get it back i get 1603 fatal error while installing how do i fix it

@@sumojudah5925 when you go to Dell support, you should be able to enter your express service number, then all the software related to your machine should be there.
@@RyanYu - oh really I would to learn how to do that on my R9 could you maybe do a video on that subject. I use msi afterburner to control my gpu fan and temps as Alienware doesn’t give us that option. That would definitely be be great because msi is giving me a voltage Limit 1 and I would like to up the power limit to at least 110-112%
Hey, should I put thermal on high during games? I have the EXACT same specs you mentioned in your description and whenever the thermal profile is set to, "Performance" my computer gets crazy loud. It says in my order that I have "Dark Side of the Moon chassis with High-Performance CPU Liquid Cooling" so I'm not sure if it's just the setting, my computer, or me. Thanks!

My Command Center stopped working after the first day, now a month later, (4) techs and over (14) hours it still doesn't work.
Try to uninstall and reinstall. It always work for me.
Done it at least 10+ times and so has all the techs - nothing has worked.

I have a r10 with the 3700x and 32 fury 3200 ram. I dont have the overclock options on my cpu or ram in the control panel. Any ideas?
I think the OC option will only appears for intel? Or you can try to reinstall your Alienware command center.

Change the power to high performance and switch the Nvidia settings to performance. Upgrade your video driver. Do some overclock on your cpu and GPU.

Did your ram speed from after adding more ram? I added 2 more 8s and now I’m at 32 but I think my speeds dropped from 3100 to 2100
No, my ram is on 3200. you can't used the aftermarket ram with the stock, their XMP profile is different .
I just bought the R11 with dual RTX 2080 graphics cards. And everytime I'm in a game the fans seem to be running a high speed is that normal?
it is normal for the RTX 2080 from Alienware.com. they used the turbo model which is just 1 fan doing the work so it is loud.

I didn't change anything, it has been in balanced too.

I see your gpu power limit is locked at 100% that’s one thing I don’t like about R9 rtx2080 Super, Alienware locked it down too

It's the PC dude, it's loud no matter how you do in the performance mode.

i see a profile there showing 87degees celsius which is over 188 degrees f how can that be in the green or good for the cpu
CPU can handle 100 so 87 some time is okay it is not consistently 87.
