Having an issue with an ideal instinct 35. About 9 years old, won't push heat to all rads. All trvs are working, and the pump and vessel have recently been changed as well! Any thoughts are appreciated.

Hi Allen, I have an Idea logic combi boiler and it makes a big noise as it fires up. It sounds like a small explosion every time. It's a bit worrying. We had it serviced recently but as usual, it didn't make the noise while the gas man was here! Any ideas what is happening?
This is the proper way of doing a boiler service. Such a shame most gas engineers just want to make a quick buck and hardly do anything. I just had this boiler serviced and I'm sure the guy didn't all of this. Unfortunately when you can't find an honest competent tradesman the temptation is to find out how to do it yourself and do a proper job, which I know I shouldn't even be thinking about this!

To know what wires you need to measure, ate you just tracing wires or are you looking at the wiring diagram?

Too much gas before ignition takes place. Check/ clean/replace spark electrode.
I have a F3 fault on my morco boiler it fired up but cut out the pressjure is 2bar
