thank you. love to see the video to show inside of tire how it works. although my problem was fixed. I purchased those fancy "cool" aluminum tire valve cap from aliexpress. they're shining and very cool. But after a whole winter season, I found that I can't get those cap out - those aluminum cap attached with copper valve so "well" due to salt/snow. all 4 tires are same. I just can't get the cap out. so eventually I asked car dealer to fix for me. they might use the same tool. never ever buy those aluminum tire valve cap specially for people who living cold area.
No hook needed. The same tool used to install the valve can also be used to pull the old one right out. Ive done it myself a thousand times as a mechanic. And for what it's worth, that tire needs to be replaced. The cracking on the sidewall is from dry rot.
Thanks for the comments. I'm sure there are quicker methods but when I'm demonstrating how to use a kit I always go by the instructions. Also, that tire was just used for the demo, It's not being used on any vehicle.

Date code of 1413 , 14th week of 2013 that tire is 11+ years old and shows a lot of weather cracking. I know it was just being used for video but people need to know how to determine tire age for safety.
Bah Ive driven on tires made in the soviet union, they didn’t even have a date code, therefore they’re good forever. (This is joke, Ive had a tire blow out from age, comically it was a BFGoodrich tire, the Soviet ones are still fine)

Good luck trying to remove ATG's by trying this.
Many vehicles after 2008 have ATG's TPMS sensor. The first supercar has ATG's was Porsche 959.
It won't happen but for other conventional tire valves.....yes, it is fine

Is the same for a vehicle with tpms? (tire pressure monitoring system)
No. If it has TPMS, the tire would need to be removed
the valve is hooked up to the tpms sensor, , this doesnt work

Not many cars have such a valve anymore. They all come with TPMS, and then the tool is just a letter weight.

Won't work if the stem has a TPMS and no way to tell if it does from the outside.
Usually tpms stems are not flexible as they are not made from rubber.
@@hashemmi24That’s not true. Many vehicles have TPMS sensors that use rubber valve stems. They don’t all have metal valve stems.
The easiest way to remove a valve stem is to grab it with a pair of pliers, and pull.(making the first tool useless) .

you dont need to remove the tire you only need to debeed it on the side you want to put the valve in
It's just a trick bro. Sometimes breaking a bead isn't as easy in the middle of nowhere.
This takes longer than to just break the bead (secret) & put one in the normal way
This video is showing the process step by step and makes it look longer. It can actually be done in about 25 to 30 seconds.
Go pay the tire store $10 to replace the valve stem.

I wish I knew about this many years ago. I was charged $40 by an unethical mechanic to do this for my sister.
These tire fitters charge a lot for a job,that is done in no time, with a tire machine.
Did this earlier this year to my 23 year old pickup tires as they leak and now running fine, new tires? No why? 😆
