खुप छान माहिती पूर्ण व्हिडिओ. राइस ब्रान, सनफ्लाॅवर, तेलाची माहिती हवी होती. आजकाल आम्ही फिल्टर शेंगदाणा तेला बरोबरच आलटूनपालटून रिफाइंड राइस ब्रान ऑईल आणि तिळाचे तेलही वापरतो.

In busy kitchens, oils sometimes accidentally smoke and uninformed homemakers still consume it. While filtered oil is nutritionally better than refined, isn't risk of smoking nullify the benefit and make refined oil with higher smoke point safer choice as a general public advice? Safety precedes nutrition. And even if they are informed, habit often still wins.

I am not expert but portion control is one nutrition advice that trumps all else for me.
Overconsumption of food perceived as "healthy" is more harmful than modest consumption of food that is perceived as "unhealthy".
Examples - jaggery over sugar, whole wheat over maida, multi grain over white, cold pressed over refined, ghee over oil, brown rice over white, A2 over A1, fruit over fruit juice, fresh over packaged, fresh over frozen, baked over fried, Marie biscuit over glucose, diet Coke over regular, organic over GMO, homemade over commercial, natural over artificial, traditional over modern.
Dose makes the poison.
We are likely to overconsume healthier alternatives because we are likely to overestimate the benefits.
We overestimate the benefits because "effort justification bias" is our tendency to overestimate value and validity of information we put in effort to acquire. More elusive the information more valuable it is perceived to be. Health hacks are elusive by definition.
When modestly eating something unhealthy, guilt takes care of portion control. Healthier alternative diffuses our intuitive guardrails.
Unless you are sick, in which case your doctor is better source of information than Internet (including this comment).

I am using suffola active oil which is mixture of 80% rice bran and 20% soyabean oil. Is it ok or i would change it because of soyabean. I am having thyroid also. I heard that soyabean is not good for thyroid patients
