Hi Bird! Thank you so much for these calming, slow and steady yoga videos. I'm genuinely grateful I found your channel. A few years ago, I was doing up to an hour of yoga in the morning, really enjoying finding my body get stronger every week and the time spend mindfully provided me with so much mental peace. Just over two years ago, I got covid, which is now still with me as long-covid and overnight I was unable to do any yoga. Whenever I tried doing even an "easy" 10 mins of yoga, I would get dizzy or nauseous, or feel wrecked the next day. Finding your channel gave me the chance to enjoy yoga again, at whatever pace/intensity I can that day or week. I always feel immediately relaxed when I hear your voice which has so much kindness pouring out of it :), and I never feel a need to push or "progress" which has really helped with my recovery.
I do one of your yoga videos almost every morning. This time, I recently sprained my ankle and haven’t been able to be active in the past few days. Thanks for making a seated routine accessible to me at this time. ❤
I woke up this morning feeling burnout and tired from pushing myself and being hard on myself this week with my music endeavors . And I didnt wanna or feel like doing yoga so I I said okay i will push myself to do 5 minutes even tho i didnt even wanna get up or even do 1 minute of yoga i still was disciplined with my self care morning routine and i found this video and it was perfect exactly what i needed this morning thank u so much u are so in tune with what ur viewers need !! I recently had a craniotomy, so doing extreme yoga is just not part of what I can do right now, so I spied this one in error me feel like at least I was doing something good for myself. I've often enjoyed yoga with bird.

I felt horrible today because i didnt have the energy to work out, i felt sad almost depressed and i did this all the way through, i feel so much lighter and i was borderline crying at the end because i was happy i accomplished something Thank you! I hope i can get back into yoga with some easier practices

This yoga session help me I’m a have to get healthy I am found out I’m diabetic now and I’m a little overweight I am doing walking and I wanna do put yogurt in my workout routine and some in the routines seem like a really tough this is quite easy and for me to do and get started an easy in to yoga so I did it and then I feel good now do this for five minutes every day I’ll be able to get up to where I want to get up to
This is great, I feel a lot less tense. One thing is that it’s so fast. I felt like I barely had enough time to process what movement I was going to do and breathing
