  • This quick and effective 5 minute yoga is, in my opinion offering some of the best morning stretches in just 5 mins.
    Morning yoga is the perfect addition to get your day started feeling your absolute best for the day ahead.
    This particular yoga class features various poses and stretches that offer you a full body stretch to help release the nights tension and aches from your muscles, allowing you to move more freely throughout the day.
    Although this was created to be a 5 min morning yoga class, it is great stretch to do anytime of day to help release tension and stress.
    This is also a re make of my most popular 5 minute morning yoga video. As i grew as a teacher over the years i am excited to continue re-creating my most popular older classes to better suit my teaching style now i hope you enjoy!

    Just want to thank you for your yoga videos. Ive never done yoga before finding your videos. I tried it just for the fact of trying to find ways to calm anxiety etc. So I came across you and I havent stopped it or gotten bored of it. Ive actually felt so much better.     Omg finally i found a yoga teacher who is also vegan😍🌱subscribed and gonna do some yoga! I used to do yoga with Leslie but now that she is passed away i feel so sad :/ but glad i found this channel!

    very cool morning stretch!
    would be cool to have longer videos with you, 15-20 minutes, so one can have a full practice in one video

      A full practice can be any length 🙏❤️ but i understand you want longer classes, which i have available in my playlists which are sorted by length. I also offer a membership area which offers 30-60 min classes as well. Hope something resonates 🙏🙏

    Hi! So I love your classes so complete like the best yoga teacher of youtube is you but I have this problem because I cant be a member of the channel so can you or anyone please explain me how can be a member? I have read the instructions several times but I dont get anywhere I am from Venezuela I dont know if that has somewhat to do with it.
    I dont know very much of english so I hope you can understand me.
