I lived at a monastery for 2 years deep in the forest of VA. I'd do a lot of walking meditation and there'd be times when the sound of the leaves being rustled by the wind all around me would sound like the most beautiful music I'd ever heard. This music takes my heart and mind back to those beautiful moments alone in the forest.
that sounds delightful. I find it deeply touching that my music can connect with you on that level and take you back to that beautiful moment in time. thank you for sharing.
My sentiments exactly. Like walking in a forest on another planet, where all the trees make sonic vibrations in the gentle shifting breeze and nights are twice the length of days. No seriously, I’m not baked! Your tones just paint these mental images that are really haunting. Wonderful artistry, R. Thank you.
Can't agree more. I found him back when I had an electribe and was searching for inspiration. the ambient he could pull from that was amazing but this is another level
This piece is absolutely beautiful and brings great piece. Don't apologise for the dust, it enhances the visuals and the music, together evoking older days and nostalgia. Bringing back memories that are now old and dusty. Fantastic work.
I listen this track (and the other one) for many years now. And I'm still amazed by the intelligence and the beauty of this composition. After a lot of time spent with a lot of equipment, eurorack & other gear, I just ordered my Peak. Many thanks for your music.
Loving this sound. I really need to spend some more time with my Peak. Such a fantastic synthesizer. This would be so cool with two voices full wide in stereo.
I come back to this video at least once every two weeks and I have for the last 4 years. It's beyond beautiful. And I've wanted a Peak ever since (I still haven't bought one lol). Sublime
Very nice. I view this as Autumn takes hold and envisage the decomposing of leaf matter, as a swirling light wind gathers leafy resonance, returning to dust completing the cycle. We are as the leaves after all.
I'm impressed with the depth and complexity of sound you achieve with a single tool whether it to be a Novation Peak or Korg Electribe. Love your ambient passages so much! Keep doing great things!
“Apologies for the dust” was actually an appropriate title. I often see noise osc and distorsions as dust in the sound realm. Make the sound a bit dirty but also more real, raw, moving... Anyway, this is a gorgeous piece of music filled with a lot of emotion, thank you r beny!
Again Sir, what you are doing with this nice piece of instrument is outstanding. I have the PEAK too now. And in combination with my Andromeda A6 and the Sequential Prophet 6 it sounds absolutely beautiful. One of the best combinations for me. PEAK is a wonderful piece of gear. Take care and go forward with what are you doing. It is wonderful.
Austin, this ma be my favorite piece I've ever heard of yours which seems like an impossible claim since there are so many. It's more your approach - thoughtful, patient, respectful with active listening. Elements we all should focus on in our daily lives. Thanks for sharing your journey.
Heart ♥ Wrenchingly Gorgeous PaD 😢 Really need to start studying sound design with my Peak 🗻!!!!!!! Ive had it for a year now and still haven't found the time to study it properly 😮
@@rbeny I would also encourage you to do some kind of ambient compilation - put it up on Bandcamp or something. I'll buy! Love your work and thanks for sharing your process.

Joseph, you are a poet! And indeed the music is great for meditation.
you're magical

This is probably my favorite synth video of all time
Even after 3 years this could be my favorite pad chord sequence of all TH-cam.
I’m a simple man. I see r beny, I click.
On a serious note, this was absolutely beautiful. Your ambient tracks are the best I’ve listened to.
Can't agree more. I found him back when I had an electribe and was searching for inspiration. the ambient he could pull from that was amazing but this is another level
So much emotion in this, it's absolutely beautiful!
I can almost feel the icicles melting in the warming bright sunlight. Stunning work.
This piece is absolutely beautiful and brings great piece. Don't apologise for the dust, it enhances the visuals and the music, together evoking older days and nostalgia. Bringing back memories that are now old and dusty. Fantastic work.
Oh wow, it's so deep... It's amazing how much noise can add to the atmosphere and vibe of a composition. Brilliant!

Truly marvellous, dreamy sensation.
Timeless.
Loving this sound. I really need to spend some more time with my Peak. Such a fantastic synthesizer. This would be so cool with two voices full wide in stereo.
Why did I sell my Peak?
Stunning work. Makes me feel whole, reminds me of why it's good to be an emotional human being. Thank you.
To get a summit I hope
You really are the best at this, im not one to tell people what they wanna do, but i really wanna hear an album of this, incredible.

Profoundly beautiful
I come back to this video at least once every two weeks and I have for the last 4 years. It's beyond beautiful. And I've wanted a Peak ever since (I still haven't bought one lol). Sublime
update, I bought one lol
Keep coming back to this for a revisit. So good. Regardless of the gear you always channel you, I think your ability and output is really inspiring.
Man... you really have a gift.
I'm so grateful for your music. I play live today and you give me the peace I need right now
Very nice. I view this as Autumn takes hold and envisage the decomposing of leaf matter, as a swirling light wind gathers leafy resonance, returning to dust completing the cycle. We are as the leaves after all.
lol
Wonderful, the Peak is just amazing.
This is sublime. I am picturing landscapes in my mind listening to this. Locations way up in the North, where the sun barely leaves the horizon.
that's just about what I have in my head while making a lot of these tunes
Nice ambient track! Thanks
This inspires me to create every time I hear it. Thank you.
Soothing, deep, beautiful. As always, sir. Hats off and an album full of this please.

Listen again and again. Great theme!
I keep coming back to this track. Nearly everyday. I simply love it. Thank you.
I'm impressed with the depth and complexity of sound you achieve with a single tool whether it to be a Novation Peak or Korg Electribe. Love your ambient passages so much! Keep doing great things!
Beautiful! Makes me want to buy a Novation Peak.
This is pure magic! ♥️🔥🌱🏕🏝
The dust adds character, but of course, you bring all the character one can ever need. Beautiful track.
Coming back to this beauty
The Peak is such a delightful synth. Thanks for sharing this.
Awesome. I enjoyed it so much. Thanks for posting!
thanks for making such beautiful music. im so sad at the moment and this really helps
If Bach or Beethoven were alive today, this is probably what they would be doing. This is like the soundtrack to a dream you can't remember, love it!
Yes
This shook me to my core
This is incredible. Desolate, yet beautiful. Makes me think a bit of Autechre’s VLetrnx.
More incredible music. Subbed and shared.
Amazing sound from this machine, i thinking about to buy it now.. :)
Just what the doctor ordered .
I feel better already.
Excuse me while I go listen again 😊

i love the fact that it doesn't really matter what kind of synth you use...at the end it always sounds like r beny :) big up!
Beautiful track. It’s one of those that the silence after also belongs to it. Really inspiring. Hope it gets to be in an album.
Is there any work up on Spotify etc?
Thank you for bringing me back to where I belong. beautiful
Really beautiful work. Love watching someone truly getting the most out of a piece of gear, like you do with the Peak.
Such a huge, lush sound!
Austin, this ma be my favorite piece I've ever heard of yours which seems like an impossible claim since there are so many. It's more your approach - thoughtful, patient, respectful with active listening. Elements we all should focus on in our daily lives. Thanks for sharing your journey.

Best TH-cam music video). Genius
Божественный эмбиент!!!
This one has a very "Broadchurch" (Olafur Arnalds) vibe. Love it!
as a big olafur fan, that is a high compliment. thank you.
@@rbeny I would also encourage you to do some kind of ambient compilation - put it up on Bandcamp or something. I'll buy! Love your work and thanks for sharing your process.
