As PC Content Creator, would you be willing to pay it forward?
Please hear me out.
I want to point out how much console only content creators are missing out.
My daughter is a ps5 content creator that isn't rich enough to have a pc to be able to play the required specs for ASA. She only has 67 TH-cam followers and 94 Twitch followers. She was so excited, looking forward to streaming/doing videos on ASA and hopefully gaining more followers and views. But she got Arked when it didn't release for consoles. She's stuck missing out, majorly, while pc users rack up tons of views and followers.
As a pc content creator, would you be willing to pay it forward when console's time comes? She has over 15k hours on ark; most of it pvp, but now in pve. She's really bummed but trying to stay positive while playing Minecraft and FFXIV.
I wish there was a way us console players could atleast just get single player mode right now so my daughter can join in on the content creation fun.

wireless crafting is when you can leave all mats in the storage boxes and still craft at the crafting stations. it automatically pulls the mats from storage to do the crafting.

cool thing i found today, if you tame a parent normally, the babies will adjust to the same as the parent's new level

I thought so. If it didn't, then the babies aren't worth it. This makes it so much better for getting a bunch of dinos early on for breeding.

This is very good way to balance babies, if they got taming bonus when killing their parents, they would be too op, since killing is way easier then taming.
But if they never got taming bonus, they are useless (except maybe for prime meat ig?)
Now its so much easier to get multiple high-level tames, just wondering if they have the same stat distribution as their parents?
Oh wow that’s amazing. Just have to make sure you trap the child too so it doesn’t disappear into the grass
I wonder if it gets the exact same stats though. If it does, it’s not the best but still good. If it gets random stat distributions, that’s amazing
Syntac has the most entertaining, ark series in TH-cam, I remember when I first discovered him I binged watched every night when I got out of school all the way until morning time, and 4 years later and still hooked on the channel, it's just such a entertaining channel

I'm actually super impressed. Wildcard actually came through and added so many quality of life changes when they brought it into unreal. I was so worried they would just port the original game over and not really add anything. This truly looks so nice and added so many changes that we all wanted

Dropping multiple episodes a day for me. I'm loving it.
many episodes with very slow progress, he deliberately didn't tame dinos to help collect resources, this will be hundreds of episodes, and that is a classic reason for a TH-camr, believe me
I just got my first flyer so now can have a proper look at the new island omg the difference is amazing. I hope they take their time and give the other maps the same amount of love cause geez this map is so beautiful now.
I remember when I played Ark back in the days after they introduced the Leedsychthis.
I even had a proper inrroduction when I drove the raft with all my stuff on it, as I was moving.
Super scary and with the first attack, I was super scared. Absolutely terrifying.
Trilobite's tend to walk up onto the beaches more frequently in the morning hours. They also seem to be more common on the cold beaches.
Just dropping everything to now watch the new adventures of Syntac and small fry.
Syn, hope you see this. You can craft cementing paste with the Keratin you got from the turtles and trikes, you would have been able to craft you water jar right in the beginning, you had 11 in your smithy 🤗

Didn't tame it, but I ran across a baby that had a different color and was 2 levels above it's parent. So I think wild mutations are a thing.
Also, I think I ran across a bug where the wild babies skew the number of available wild dinos. I had tons of trikes all over the place, but there wasn't a pteranodon anywhere. I hope there aren't issues with spawning new dinos if the total wild dinos hits a cap due to the number of wild babies.
I remember syntacs being the reason I got obsessed with breeding and mutations and now I have a problem where I'll breed anything for mutations 🤣
Blue ob in the mountain is a really cool base spot that I would recommend checking out, it's also safe and close to all of the resources but getting water up the mountain is a chore. Might also look really good with the new lighting from the obelisk or really bad who knows
Brilliant idea, add plush Mystique to your chibi mod! It would be peak adorableness! Never made sense to me that the tranq darts couldnt be used with a scope, not like it makes your aim THAT much better.
I’m so invested in ark again syn haven’t played for like a year and watched nearly the whole last modded series you done and now I’m into this so hard thank you for giving me my passion for the game back 😅❤

Unless they changed it, the Leedsichthys doesn't actually spawn along the entire east side of the map. As for main base, I actually always base up in the snow. there's a spot right on the beach around co-ords 15, 42 that's almost perfectly flat. That area is also packed full with oil, crystal, and even some metal. And just about every tame you could want spawns around there as well. It's super cold, though, out of the way, and surrounded by hostile creatures, but worth it!
You should immortalise the Ark Survival Evolved series with the next plush being Jim's character that says "God Damn it, Syntac!" When you squeeze him 😂

Quick tip corral reef drops fiber and lots of it and without the worry of filling your inventory with berries.

@Syntac , did you know you can get water anywhere now just by placing the inlet pipe down just like the s+ one ,also no more wires , generator works just like tek gen now

I just noticed from the video, if the pickaxe hits the metal vein part of the rock, it makes sparks! It doesn't if you're hitting rocky parts. Says a lot about the hitboxes and stuff

I had the same idea, basing in the snow. I've based on the beach, hidden lake, herbivore island, middle of the redwoods... Snow seems like next step.
Fair warning if your going to build in the snow, creatures like carnos and mammoths can now damage stone structures. It's slow and they do 1 damage at a time, but it is possible for them to break your stone structures now.
I have been shy about whether or not to buy Ascended watching your new episodes has made me feel a lot better about whether it was worth the money. Thank you so much! And Congratz on getting #2 Trending!
right now the fps is till shit, but in like a few days, it could increase rapidly! I think what theyre going for is 1xxx=low grafics, 2xxx=medium grafics, 3xxx=high grafics, 4xxx=epic grafics
well if the server monopoly stays, i still would not recommend it, as long as you dont want to be stuck playing offical pvp or singelplayer

I've gotten the game along with a few friends. Though there are a few issues in the game, none I have found were truly a deal breaker and game breaking for me. But I can't speak for everyone's experiance.

17:17 it lets you pull items from a tek dedicated storage to craft like in S+ it only works for the tek storage unit tho so you gotta get tek to use it and you gotta obviously have a whole storage unit for each one material still rlly cool tho makes the tek storage more worth it

I wish they had they added the option to blend the ocean physics from Atlas into the new ASA ocean. Would like to see some rolling waves with weather changes.

I have a great friend almost exactly like you that I play Ark with and constantly have to remind them to slow down and take a breath once in a while. Syntac playing at max Dino level 150 is a monumental time in history
Always found it amusing that, historically, trilobites were the one of the _most prolific_ species, dominating the seas for well over 250 million years. So much so that the most commonly found fossil today is of a trilobite ... yet, in ARK, nope, no where to be seen.
I have been watching syntac playing ark for like 2 years now and he makes ark looks so fun to the point i would sell my soul to play it lol but too bad i cant afford a pc to even run ase let alone asa

Syn, the ASA drops are wild. I've gotten ascendent gear out of WHITE drops!! I've gotten wool, and crops, and wildly good tools. They blow the ASE drops out of the water!!!

You can go in the water right off the shore “in some areas don’t know if all” and the sea grass right along the shore gives tons of fiber

Hey its nice to see ya going back to normal levels the difficulty 6 180 really made it hard to compare stats and what not when I first started watching the content ALOT, it really just makes the one boss harder(dragon) idk even know why but its the only boss I felt like there was a difference in as someone who did them all at 150max lvl and 180 max lvl.
I'm so hyped to see how abberation's gonna look like
A neat little thing that I found was that the final "mode" for walls is a secret door which is basically just a rotating wall.
