@@u235u235u235 😂😂 chill bro! Love has no boundaries and it has no respect for nationality, once the feelings and emotional attachment are solid between the two, nothing else matters!
My situation is that my Mexicana prometida cannot (currently) stay for an 18 month length of time in the US (due to family related issues). Would it better for her to visit (as she has done previously with a visitors visa), long enough for us to get married, then file for a spouse visa after she returns to Mexico? Or, file for a fiance/fiancee visa and have her wait out the 18 months processing time in Mexico? I may be able to visit her in Mexico during the 18 month processing wait-time in either scenario.
Question: IF I can get her to the states on a tourist visa, should we get married? So, I have been dating a Panamanian woman for 5 years. I have personally spent more than 2 months visiting down there. It’s a real relationship that is out of love! Also, we don’t want to live here 😆 we want to start life together in Panama. BUT if we are able to get her here on a tourist visa, should I marry her here before we move there? I don’t know what would be easiest for her green card in the future. If we get married here or there?

@@kirbysteele232 What attracted you to Kenyan for a spouse?
@@u235u235u235why do you care?
Why they take forever omg
We hear ya! But the waiting times are improving in some cases. Hang in there!
❤Hi
Question: IF I can get her to the states on a tourist visa, should we get married?
So, I have been dating a Panamanian woman for 5 years. I have personally spent more than 2 months visiting down there. It’s a real relationship that is out of love!
Also, we don’t want to live here 😆 we want to start life together in Panama. BUT if we are able to get her here on a tourist visa, should I marry her here before we move there?
I don’t know what would be easiest for her green card in the future. If we get married here or there?
Interesting scenario. I'm also curious as to the answer. Best of luck, Nick.
Did you check her countries requirements? Curious.

What’s the purpose of LEGAL immigration if everybody can come illegally and get all the goodies for free
Can you tell me what is this? If you can cross border how do you stay in USA as a resident? Like no one cares if you came illegally?
