    I love the breakdown! I may reconsider doing the K1 and just go for the spousal visa. Seems like a smoother process.

    I’m already at 6 months waiting at nvc and nothing. This process is very very slow and I encourage everyone to do any of these processes asap.The people will waist your time while they vacation in these countries.

    This was some good information but the information is just quickly pushed aside. Leave it a little bit longer so people can write it down.

    What should be the minimum income of a sponsoring US citizen?

    • @DJC1916
      @DJC1916 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The sponsor of either visa has to make a minimum of just under $26,000 to support 2 people. If there's kids, etc it goes up.

    Very Helpful video i must say,
    Theres a lot of people that have this question, How can it be if they are living in India and their significant other is American but they are supported by the government through disability and living with their parents. How sponsoring the Indian Fiancee works in that way and the total costs Involved?
    Please make a video on it.
