This was a helpful video as I'm very new. Thank you for the time you put into this. My main purpose of purchase is the ease of use, future growth of product to evolve as my show evolves, the recording abilities, the BLEEP button and the value of the product (which is fantastic). However, when I pushed the bleep button it blew me out of my BLEEPING chair causing my ears to run & hide for 2 BLEEPING hours. Luckily I found one ear hiding in the closet & the other in the trunk of the car, have no clue as to why the trunk let alone the car, anyways.....The trigger pad volume control works great with the other sound effects, but I have no volume control for the bleep button. Am I doing something wrong or missing a setting somewhere? I appreciate your help.
I'm trying to record audio onto my smartphone while video recording with it. Do I use the line out jack on the back of the Mixcast 4? Do I need an audio interface or any other gadget to make it work? Can I use a mixer? I tried connecting straight from the line out jack to my smartphone (with a usb-c adapter) but that doesn't work at all. I'm hoping you can help me with this. Thank you.
When you are connected to guests remotely, can they hear your audio effects? Also, I have been having a lot of issues with my sound dropping out with condenser and with dynamic mics. Any recommendations?
I haven't purchased the Mixcast 4 yet but plan on ordering and delivery by end of this week. My main question is: When I do my LIVE or pre-recorded podcasts I use the Zoom Meeting system and plan on taking calls during the show. Will this work seamlessly for this application? The issues I have on my old Yamaha MG10XU with the poor-man's mix-minus. On intermittent times the caller could not hear the Zoom guest but me (host) and the guest can hear them. Another issue is occasionally the caller can barely hear me as my voice is garbled. Will this system clean that up? I mainly use my MacBook Pro for all productions.
I use StreamYard to do live video podcasts and the guests I have on cannot hear what I’m playing through my phone, callers (via Bluetooth) and the sound effect presets…..is there a certain way that is supposed to be set up?
The feature I love the most is the automatic “mix minus” created when bringing in cellphone callers.
Thanks for a great video, can I use the mix 4 in my rack as a mixer
I think an update allows selecting any of the sound pad banks during recording. Confirm?

You lose the energy in your voice at the end of every sentence. Otherwise, the video is good.
