Steve, the 3DS was roughly analogous to the Gamecube. Luigi's Mansion 1 was PORTED to the 3DS, it had nothing to do with power constraints! The mission structure was because it was a game on a portable system. It was a design choice based around the idea people would be playing this on their bus rides. Kid Icarus Uprising was divided into smaller chapters for the exact same reason. This isn't some big secret, its how Nintendo approached portable gaming for decades.

When I was a kid I could never get into the original Luigi's Mansion. It was too dark (like literally the lighting was too dark) while also being a lot more open ended in how you advance. Dark Moon on the 3DS was actually the first time I enjoyed Luigi's Mansion, because the mission structure made it a lot more clear where you were supposed to go, but adding in the gems in each level gave an additional level of collectathon feeling to it (and I'm a sucker for the N64 collectathons, since I grew up with DK64). So you still got rewarded for exploration and experimenting with things that looked out of the ordinary, but your gameplay wasn't throttled because you forgot to use one of your abilities in a specific way. I was also amazed at how cinematic the game was. Luigi's characterization is so good in all of the little cutscenes, and when you compared it to Mario's 3D games, it was just a completely different flavor. And having the mission structure and constant cutscenes actually opened up more of those moments. I did eventually go back to the original on the Gamecube though, and I enjoyed it a lot more than I did the first time (partly because at that point I was much older and actually had a functioning brain). Looking back on it, I can understand the criticisms about how the mission structure takes away from the game by ripping you in and out of the levels constantly. But I can also appreciate the gradual changes in the levels between missions, sort of like Mario Sunshine, which is another game I grew up with. Luigi's Mansion 3 hit a really strong middle ground, having clear missions and objectives to follow, optional side collectibles, but also keeping the exploration open. But 2/Dark Moon I think will still always be my favorite, even though some of that is my bias towards actually liking one of the most contentious points of criticism.
I think the multiple mansions approach is actually better than the hotel from LM3. The hotel was not coherent at all, the floors felt completely random and disconnected from each other. The multiple mansions of LM2 allowed for good variety without sacrificing consistency
I love the idea of a haunted hotel, but after a few floors it gives up all pretense of being a hotel and is just random levels. The first 2 games have a Scooby Doo level of spooky theming, but by the time you get to the museum level, LM3 just loses any sense of mood or spookiness, and its such a huge bummer. I am not asking for Eternal Darkness or Amnesia here, but I'd like a future game to at least pretend it has a spooky, cohesive atmosphere.
This. 3's attempt to correct things from 2 ultimately made it a more lackluster experience to me. The floors should have more in them, more rooms with more ghosts. The rooms themselves can be a lot smaller, and the themes should be more toned down to match the desolate feeling of 1 or the eerie abandonment of the ones in 2
This is exactly what I feel. The Mansion in 1 felt like an actual haunted mansion. The places in 2 felt like various spooky locations, and had a firm identity. The hotel in 3 felt like a mix between the two games, and it took the worst aspects of both. There's no coherent identity, just a Scarescraper whose areas are far too short to be properly memorable, and goes on far too long having nothing worthwhile to show. Also not helping matters is how I feel they made the game easier. Luigi's Mansion has never been particularly hard, but 3 feels like I have to actively try to get hurt, or just not stunlock ghosts.
That's fair, but I honestly loved the floors with distinct themes from LM3. Each floor was fun and memorable in its own way, and the ideas at play I thought were brilliant. The floors also had distinct atmospheres and managed to be pretty suspenseful, too. Honestly, I think I'd love the multiple mansions from LM2 more than LM3 if it weren't for the mission structure. I still had fun, though.
the best floor actually is the actual hotel floor. and one of my pet peeves of hte game is that some of the floors are too tiny, and another one is, if you think about it, the floors dont line up properly. and it be nice if the lower floors were larger.
I agree one hundred percent even though my perspective is a little different. Once the remaster was announced I actually just went ahead and played it on the 3DS for the first time because it didn’t seem worth the price tag. And I am pleasantly surprised given all the negativity around the original. It is a great “play a mission or two before bed” kind of game and is brimming with the exact same kind of charm that I loved 3 for and the visuals are probably among the best on the 3DS, which is already my favorite Nintendo console of all time.
If you like this, you really ought to try out the Scarescraper in Multiplayer mode. It's highly underrated, or at least not spoken much about, but IMHO the best co-op experience in the Luigi's Mansion series.
The arcade like nature of LM2 is why I always really liked it. And tbh it has the better multiplayer between it and LM3. So happy people will have a chance to try it now
I still haven’t played the original, but between 2 and 3, 2 has always been my favorite. Each location feels unique without being super out of place, and it’s a fun time. Not to mention Scarescraper, which I loved a ton and wish stayed active for longer. Easily my favorite part of the game.
I was a Gamecube kid and, somehow, I never saw or heard of Luigi's Mansion. It wasn't until the release of the second game that I learned of this masterpiece. I played the living daylights out of this software! The second game really is best played on a rainy day, y'all. Nintendo is the G.O.A.T! Thanks for the upload.
Putting aside the price point of this remaster for a second, I always felt that Luigi's Mansion 2 was a pretty darn good game. I played it before the 1st game, so I didn't have much of an attachment to that game's style or structure when I first played 2. Especially now that I've played 1, I can definitely see that the 2nd and 3rd entries have a bit of a different vibe (the ghosts' behavior in particular), but they're still quality games in their own right, and I honestly like them more because I think the level design and puzzles are more interesting (even the mission structure in 2 didn't bother me since the game was designed around it). One thing I liked about 2 (that even 3 doesn't do) is that the gold can also upgrade your vacuum in addition to improving your rank, which personally made gold a lot more rewarding to collect. With all that being said, it irks the crap out of me that Nintendo is charging this relatively basic remaster of a 3DS game at the same price as a new AAA release when it clearly does not have the quality and effort of a new AAA release. I'd like to recommend Luigi's Mansion 2 to people, but I know that the HD version's price point is gonna understandably turn some away, and that frustrates me (though I suppose finding a copy of the original 3DS version is also an option).
I really love the level layouts in the second, its so compact, even interconnected at times, like in Dark Souls or something. The last workd had so many hidden areas, the traversal was changed in every mission, and all the rooms felt so unique.
This games combat is a big step up from Luigi's Mansion 3. Playing evasively is what Luigi's Mansion combat is all about, and adding a dodge button was the best way to expand on that.
Honestly agree with a lot of this. for slightly different reasons tough. 2 was my first Luigi's Mansion I'd played and I didn't really get it growing up. Now going back to it after beating 1 and 3, I've come to appreciate a lot more what it sets up for 3 and how the more mission based structure makes it much more of a pop on for a short session and play kinda game. Really enjoying myself with it now
I actually think the mission structure makes the gameplay way more streamlined as well. Theres a LOT less dead air and the gameplay is straight to the point, which I think works really well for luigis mansion. I actually really dislike running around back and forth after multiple playthroughs of the other games.
This is my favorite of the 3 games. I loved it on 3DS. The stereoscopic 3D was amazing and added quite a bit for me. I plan to pick this up for $30 today for my Switch.
I always love seeing a Steve video! Well, any video from any GVG member really, but this was a fantastic review Steve! It's like you took all the thoughts in my head about being disappointed/fearful that the series would be mission-oriented moving forward, and it didn't make me appreciate the game in front of me. You got me considering giving this one another go!
I love your viewpoints on this game. I knew I wanted to play it eventually but I wasn’t super excited because of all the reviews and the way I was looking at it before. After hearing your perspectives, it’s definitely changed how I’m viewing it. And now I’m excited to go pick it up & play! Thank you 🙏🏼
I find it incredible that you all didn’t like this when it came out. The first one is incredibly charming, and perhaps stands alone in it’s mix of family friendly scares and lovability, but NLG’s take is funny and lovable in it’s own way, and most importantly, sees the gameplay and content evolve so far beyond the original that it’s kind of shocking. Glad people are changing their minds though, this is a really fun game. Currently having a great time playing it all over again.
As for me, I've played all 3 Luigi's Mansion games, and to this day, Luigi's Mansion 2 is still my favorite. Both Luigi's Mansion 1 and 3 were boring to me. The main 2 reasons that i liked Luigi's Mansion 2 more than both 1 and 3 are the following: 1. In Luigi's Mansion 2, you are not stuck in either 1 hotel or 1 mansion. 2. In Luigi's Mansion 2, you can unlock upgrades to your poltergeist 5,000 to make the game not only easier but my enjoyable. This is based on my own personal opinion.
....Oh yeah, custom ringtones...I need to get mine back. Back on an old phone my custom ringtone was the ringtone from Chapter 3 in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. lol
also just a correction most likely no 2 wasnt designed like that because of memory limitations because the boo mission lets you explore the entire house, as well as the last mission in the game where most of the mansion is available, and we got luigi mansion remake years later on the same hardware, its probably just designed like that for the portable aspect
Only reason people dismissed Luigi's Mansion 2 was because it was on 3DS instead of the Wii U. I'm glad people are finally giving the game a proper chance.
this was my first Luigi's mansion as a kid and i loved this game never got the hate the missions give you more incentive to replay as well so it keeps you hooked longer also the combat in this one is by far the best
Im glad the switch is giving people a second chance to appreciate this game! Its an absolute gem and deserves the love. I even had a similar experience where i was previously pretty meh on 3D World, and the switch version opened my eyes to how good it is. Sometimes all it takes is time and a second look
ill always be a rabid Luigi's Mansion 1 lover (gawd i love that game) but I couldn't be more glad that Luigi's Mansion 2 exists, not only because it's fun on its own right, but also because it _kept the franchise _*_alive_*_ and going_
Honestly rather grateful that ive gotten to revisit a lot of titles in a new light during the switch generation. Games like 3D World and Dark Moon are a lot easier to appreciate when we aren't wanting them to be something else
Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon was always my favorite game in the series and I felt it was unjustly hated. Personally, I think 3 is real overrated. Glad to see your trying it again!
The right stick control drives me insane. I know there's an option to change it but the way I want it to be (that I feel is intuitive) is a mix of both options.
Excellent video Steve! 7:36 I was thinking this reminds me of Mario 3D World: way less appreciated when it was the only 3D Mario on a poor selling system but once you have the Switch and Odyssey plus an improved version... it allowed people to enjoy 3D World for the truly incredible game it is. I wouldn't want every 3D Mario to be like 3D World and I'm happy it exists because it's SO GOOD. And similarly though I don't want every Luigi's Mansion to be like 2, it's nice having one with a different flavor and a better ability to pick up and put down 😊
Visually 2HD is actually pretty impressive, everything seems to have been remodelled and retextured, the polygon count definitely is higher on pretty much everything and the textures are extremely clean, the lighting has also been entirely overhauled, it doesn't have the same depth as the light in 3, but it is definitely pretty and the way it bounces differently off of different surfaces like the plasticky couches or metallic objects is quite nice. Really, this game is suffering from the same problem something like Twilight Princess HD did, people misremembering the original and thinking it looked better than it did, and thus giving far too little credit to Tantalus for the update.
"Different take on a franchise appears on Wii U, diehard fans dislike it, franchise goes back to old formula on Switch and "it's back", Wii U game gets remastered on Switch and those same fans appreciate the different take now" Where have I heard this before? Why can't we just appreciate these different takes when they come out rather than 10 years later?
I'm about to play it for the first time in about an hour. I have only played Luigis Mansion 3 and I really enjoyed it quite a bit. Haven't even seen gameplay from the first one. Looking forward to this one, but I'm not expecting it to be as good as 3 was.
Floors were cool and all in LM3 but still felt a little disconnected almost like they were separate levels. I’m still waiting for LM to return to one giant mansion that feels super connected almost like a stellar metroidvania.
Luigi’s mansion Dark moon on the 3ds was my first Luigi’s mansion game as I never had a Gamecube back in the day. Regardless if it lived up to rest of the series, it was still able to get me into the series little universe and gameplay loop while giving me a lot of fun in the process. I wouldn’t have gotten Luigi’s mansion 3 if I hadn’t played it. I was pleased to know I still could have as much fun with it when the HD version if not more. Maybe it’s rose tinted glasses but the risks this game took were def worth it imo.
No one was really thinking about "saving memory" while developing for 3DS games came out rather quickly on the 3DS. I think people had a general idea of the limitations.
The commentary hear reminds me of the reaction to 3D World and Skyward Sword when they were released on the Switch. A lot of the criticism they got at the time was from fans worried about the series going in a specific direction. But after Mario and Zelda got more open and exploratory entries, the uniqueness of the previous games are easier to be appreciated.
I think Luigi's Mansion 3 is not an open exploration game like most people say, 2 and 3 are level based if you really think about it, 1 is the only one designed like a metroidvania. The thing with LM 3 is that instead of manually selecting the mission or level from a menu like in 2, you go to a themed floor in the hotel, you beat the boss, it gives you a key to the next floor, you go back to the bunker with E. Gadd, then you go to the next themed floor again to repeat the process, it's really levels disguised as an hotel you can walk through, but there's nothing to do in previous floors after you beat them for the most part.
I originally played it on the 3ds and all I gotta say is yes I'm bias and the 3ds version is the og itwill always have a place in my heart but I'm happy more people are getting to not only appreciate it more but also are being able to play it if they never had a 3ds and missed out on this game

I have loved LM2 since it came out and I'm glad you have changed your mind on it! I think you can argue about the difference in vibe and style between LM1 and 2, and the structure of the games. But I think where LM2 is way better than 1 is in its much more creative level design and engaging combat design. Mansion 3 and 4 are especially well designed when it comes to layouts and puzzles. The combat feels much better in 2 (and 3). The controls are tighter and more intuitive and the new mechanics like the strobulb and charge meter add another level of strategy and complexity to the combat, which the different ghosts are all designed to play around with. My favorite fights are those where the ghosts make you decide when to pull back and when to let go in order to evade attacks. Its also always so satisfying to line up multiple ghosts with the strobulb. This does ultimately make 2 win out over 1 in my opinion even if I don't like the mission structure. I would like to see Luigi's Mansion 4 do multiple mansions again, but do each one in a more seamless, lock and key design as LM1. If they could take inspiration from Resident Evil 2 on that front, that would be incredible!
As someone who starts with the series in 2024 and with this game (Part 1 is not available on switch), I had a blast with this game. But the review made me pumped for part 3.
I've loved this game since its release. While it's not as open as 1 and 3, I find the mission-based structure makes it a lot more palatable for those who may be constrained for time. I remember grabbing the original back at launch and playing a level or two before college classes would start. Also, the characters were far more expressive here than in the original. Not to rag on it though, it's still a fine game, but imo 2 and 3 had a lot more charm to their animation.
It was one of my favorite game back in the days, maybe due to the nostalgia idk but I trully loved this and I really never understood why so many people said it was a bad game. Yes it changed up the gameplay compared to LM1 but I do think the fights, the story, the mansions and the puzzles are well though out! I'm super happy to play at this game again and I will definetly 100% it haha I also love the fact that you went back on your positions! Btw I haven't reached the winter map yet but the music is just amazing can't wait to listen to it again! (it's in the video too)
The mission structure has been part of Luigi's Mansion since the first game, just no t as explicit. In dark moon they subdivided things just a lot more.
I could never get past the ice boss on 3DS. I’ve been on the fence about this, but I think you just tipped my hand towards giving it another shot. I think I’ll leave my 3DS version where it is and start fresh on the Switch.
luigis mansion 2 is my favorite game of all time right above paper mario sticker star. and i think sticker star, if it was remade would have the same impression as this on people
Apart from the graphics, I prefer LM2 over 3. The gameplay is far better, the level designs are more intricate and fun to explore. 3 just feels like a puzzle game, when the original game never was one. 2 has way better combat than 3, and while yes, it has many puzzles, they feel like an added bonus instead of the whole game.
I’m a massive fan of the original and super happy that has a fresh coat of paint because, even on the 3DS, it looks beautiful and it’s great that more people can play it now. But why on earth is this full price😭😭 This has no business being $60 and I find it surprising that no one is acknowledging it
This game gets so much hate but it's pretty fun, I'm glad that it was the first Luigi's mansion game I played because that allowed me to enjoy it without comparing it so much
I don't think the structure of Luigi's Mansion 2 has anything to do with memory limitations, that would be a big assumption. I mean, they managed to fit Luigi's Mansion 1 on 3DS. I believe it was just designed this way purely to be friendlier for portable play in short bursts. It is also overall easier to design and produce a game with bite sized missions.
I know this game is getting criticised for the pricing of the port (probably rightfully so), but I’m still excited to finally try it out after loving my time with 3
This reiterated the same topical sentiments reviewers had when it came out for the first 6 minutes... 2 tried to innovate properly where 3 was imo an uninspired twist. I guess the mission structure is too high a wall to get past??. Clearly nintendo sees 2 as a charmer, imagine youre sitting late at night next to a roaring fire in an old house which Luigi's mansion game would you want to play
It’s about damn time people are finally putting respect on this games name. I’ve been saying for years that it was best Luigi’s Mansion game and people were like “Nah that games trash it’s on the 3ds so it can’t be any good”. Even if you don’t agree it’s the best game in the series because you grew up with the style of the first game and prefer that, you can now you can see it’s a pretty good game that innovated and moved the series forward.
Luigi’s Mansion 1 is broken up into 4 chunks that you are pulled out of after each main boss. Luigi’s Mansion 2 was a bigger change for having 5 mansions
Dark Moon is my favorite Luigi´s Mansion game. I´m so glad they brought this game back, in HD now. But I wish the price could be lower, like, Metroid Prime Remastered got a whole new look and optimization and costs much less than this game.

I've gone from "I don't need this ever" to "I will buy this the first time it's on sale"
Now I wanna replay Dark Moon on my 3DS
It's still a good version even with the Nintendo switch version being out. I will be continuing playing it on the 3ds instead of the Nintendo switch.
Its about time this game gets recognition
Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD looks amazing!
I agree one hundred percent even though my perspective is a little different. Once the remaster was announced I actually just went ahead and played it on the 3DS for the first time because it didn’t seem worth the price tag. And I am pleasantly surprised given all the negativity around the original. It is a great “play a mission or two before bed” kind of game and is brimming with the exact same kind of charm that I loved 3 for and the visuals are probably among the best on the 3DS, which is already my favorite Nintendo console of all time.
i also think that the game gets better and better the further you get. the last mansion is just phenomenal imho
Dont forget that this game also easily has the best combat in the series.
If you like this, you really ought to try out the Scarescraper in Multiplayer mode. It's highly underrated, or at least not spoken much about, but IMHO the best co-op experience in the Luigi's Mansion series.
Peakscraper changed my life
This honestly makes me want to give it another chance after looking at it on 3DS and thinking "nah".
Heck yeah! That makes me so happy!
-Steve
The arcade like nature of LM2 is why I always really liked it. And tbh it has the better multiplayer between it and LM3. So happy people will have a chance to try it now
I still haven’t played the original, but between 2 and 3, 2 has always been my favorite. Each location feels unique without being super out of place, and it’s a fun time. Not to mention Scarescraper, which I loved a ton and wish stayed active for longer. Easily my favorite part of the game.

IT'S BEEN 11 YEARS?!
WHERE DID ALL MY TIME GO?!
I thought this game was great back on the 3DS.
The dual scream theme has been my ringtone for years!!! It was too perfect not to use, and it stands the rest of time!
Anytime!
Its one of the most unjustly hated games ive ever seen

Sure sure.... 🙄🙄
Something about the vibe atmosphere of this game couldn't be replicated with its sequel.
This games combat is a big step up from Luigi's Mansion 3. Playing evasively is what Luigi's Mansion combat is all about, and adding a dodge button was the best way to expand on that.
Luigi mansion 2 Is my favourite. I love 3 but I like the mission structure of 2
Honestly agree with a lot of this. for slightly different reasons tough.
I actually really dislike running around back and forth after multiple playthroughs of the other games.
heck, that was a great video review, you've sold it to me!
I'm glad to be able to play Dark Moon on Switch now. Always enjoyed it.
This is my favorite of the 3 games. I loved it on 3DS. The stereoscopic 3D was amazing and added quite a bit for me. I plan to pick this up for $30 today for my Switch.
Bro redeemed himself 🙏
I always love seeing a Steve video! Well, any video from any GVG member really, but this was a fantastic review Steve! It's like you took all the thoughts in my head about being disappointed/fearful that the series would be mission-oriented moving forward, and it didn't make me appreciate the game in front of me. You got me considering giving this one another go!
Thanks a ton!
-Steve
I love your viewpoints on this game. I knew I wanted to play it eventually but I wasn’t super excited because of all the reviews and the way I was looking at it before. After hearing your perspectives, it’s definitely changed how I’m viewing it. And now I’m excited to go pick it up & play! Thank you 🙏🏼
Wait, are you even a gamer, mamita?
Just set Dual Scream aa my ringtone too 🤣
ONE OF US
Was always my favourite LM game and I'm glad people are re-examining it now that we're years removed and have a more traditional sequel in 3
Well, you sold me on it! Thanks!
Currently having a great time playing it all over again.
cant believe anyone doubted this game, luigis mansion always been good
As for me, I've played all 3 Luigi's Mansion games, and to this day, Luigi's Mansion 2 is still my favorite. Both Luigi's Mansion 1 and 3 were boring to me. The main 2 reasons that i liked Luigi's Mansion 2 more than both 1 and 3 are the following:
I see.
....Oh yeah, custom ringtones...I need to get mine back. Back on an old phone my custom ringtone was the ringtone from Chapter 3 in Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. lol
This game is fantastic. Masterpiece in my eyes personally.
also just a correction
most likely no 2 wasnt designed like that because of memory limitations because the boo mission lets you explore the entire house, as well as the last mission in the game where most of the mansion is available, and we got luigi mansion remake years later on the same hardware, its probably just designed like that for the portable aspect
Despite naysayers crying about the price I've no complaints and I'm enjoying the game immensely on my Nintendo Switch.
It was already on my list. The ghosts' expressions and the mansions' unique designs. I've spent so much time playing the game.
And similarly though I don't want every Luigi's Mansion to be like 2, it's nice having one with a different flavor and a better ability to pick up and put down 😊
My favorite game of all time made in HD still feels surreal
"Different take on a franchise appears on Wii U, diehard fans dislike it, franchise goes back to old formula on Switch and "it's back", Wii U game gets remastered on Switch and those same fans appreciate the different take now"
Where have I heard this before? Why can't we just appreciate these different takes when they come out rather than 10 years later?
I'm about to play it for the first time in about an hour. I have only played Luigis Mansion 3 and I really enjoyed it quite a bit. Haven't even seen gameplay from the first one. Looking forward to this one, but I'm not expecting it to be as good as 3 was.
I’ve only played Luigi’s Mansion 3, and I consider it my favorite game of all time, not just out of the three! (Close 2nd is Super Mario Sunshine 😊)
Floors were cool and all in LM3 but still felt a little disconnected almost like they were separate levels. I’m still waiting for LM to return to one giant mansion that feels super connected almost like a stellar metroidvania.
Costco eshop gift card deal + NSO vouchers = $40 per game
That alone makes this one worth it
Digital Foundry sold me on this remake and now you as well!
You just reminded me. I need to find that Dual Scream ringtone for my phone.
Where to search :(
Google
This is what Luigi’s Mansion 2 was supposed to look like.
It looked very pretty as a 3DS game. The 3D effect helped it a lot.
The Mission Structure makes getting 3 Stars in each Mission easier. Image having to Re-do the ENTIRE Mansion because you got a 2 Star.
Its such a fun and peak game
It was one of my favorite game back in the days, maybe due to the nostalgia idk but I trully loved this and I really never understood why so many people said it was a bad game. Yes it changed up the gameplay compared to LM1 but I do think the fights, the story, the mansions and the puzzles are well though out! I'm super happy to play at this game again and I will definetly 100% it haha
I also love the fact that you went back on your positions!
Btw I haven't reached the winter map yet but the music is just amazing can't wait to listen to it again! (it's in the video too)
If things keep going on like this even Duke Nukem Forever will be acepted and forgiven if someone decide to do a remake
The mission structure has been part of Luigi's Mansion since the first game, just no t as explicit. In dark moon they subdivided things just a lot more.
i think luigis mansion 3 is the only game in the series that was beloved at launch...
I could never get past the ice boss on 3DS. I’ve been on the fence about this, but I think you just tipped my hand towards giving it another shot. I think I’ll leave my 3DS version where it is and start fresh on the Switch.
It’s my least favorite of the 3 but it’s still a great game. I appreciate the different structure.
luigis mansion 2 is my favorite game of all time right above paper mario sticker star. and i think sticker star, if it was remade would have the same impression as this on people
Apart from the graphics, I prefer LM2 over 3. The gameplay is far better, the level designs are more intricate and fun to explore. 3 just feels like a puzzle game, when the original game never was one. 2 has way better combat than 3, and while yes, it has many puzzles, they feel like an added bonus instead of the whole game.
Only one ask remains from the franchise: LM1 on Switch.
In short expected love, like what your brand is about, and got good to see you once a year at thanksgiving
Jokes on you about the ringtone comment. :) I got that ringtone on my phone for years now. And never changed it since it’s that good 😊
It’s about damn time people are finally putting respect on this games name.
We need LUIGI’S MANSION #1 HD!!! 😢💔
I’d compare dark Moon to something like origami king or skyward sword. Not quite what the franchise needed at the time, but a lot better in hindsight
Dark Moon is my favorite Luigi´s Mansion game. I´m so glad they brought this game back, in HD now. But I wish the price could be lower, like, Metroid Prime Remastered got a whole new look and optimization and costs much less than this game.
They need to add boss rush in scare scraper
