You left out Canada which changed its flag from the "Red Ensign" to the Maple Leaf in 1963. In 1956, Canada' foreign minister, Lester Pearson, put together an international peace keeping force to end the Suez crisis. La bandera rojigualda es mil veces mejor que el Aspa de Borgoña y es un emblema nacional a diferencia de la antigua, que era el emblema real.

No habia bandera nacional...sino escudo real...la primera bandera y unica de España como Reino es la rojigualda.
Cada Rey tenia su escudo...y ya lo he dicho...que la cruz de Borgoña,se utlizaban por unos pocos regimientos de infanteria,no como bandera nacional,ya que no se tenía el concepto de nacion igual que ahora...sino como parte del emblema de ese regimiento.
Uno no servia a un estado,si no a un Rey.
Y este era bajo su escudo de armas.. Felipe II ya no las llevaba en su escudo.
