    Great breakdowns and awesome film as allways! props to the entire team and actors
    Your lighting setups are inspiring, with the checkerboard and excellent use of the bounce with fresnell adapter. wish I had time, budget and similar setup to light my productions. I've got some small led lights and some 60 Cobs DL but nothing on batteries or strong enough for outside light during daytime and my trusty A7iV and tamron / sony lenses.
    Those pavotubes we rented for a production a while ago, and they are really flexible and awsome to use, but expensive as well. And you got 3 in some scenes ;)
    Could you also do a low budget film soon with a breakdown.. more one to two outlet powered lights pls. and bounce/natural etc. Would love to see some more setups you can make with that kind of setup.

    what collor meter are you using in this video? Is it an app for cellphone?

    • @jacques_crafford
      @jacques_crafford  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Aaah yes, it's an app for a cellphone called "Lightspectrum Pro". It's not 100% accurate in all scenarios but it gets you close and it's a lot cheaper than a real light meter!

  • @TheMangoangel

    Like you said in older video, my timeline should be edit in 25fps because of my country so my question is if I shoot at 100fps I can slow them down 4 times right? But what will happen if I shoot at 120fps?
    Thank you very for the BTS , actually I try to figure it out how you put your light where, how, what kind of light did you use and it turned out about 60% correct.
    Anyway thank you so much, Love it.❤❤❤

    • @jacques_crafford
      @jacques_crafford  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Aaah that's awesome, I also do that when watching other films and I'm glad you got most of it right. I never slow down my clips to a percentage, I just CONFORM / INTERPRET them to 25 FPS that means it will automatically slow down the clips to the optimal percentage where 100 FPS would be 25% and 120 would be 20%

      I got 4 pavotube ..I just hope they will come with magnet accessories ..rather than I have to buy them.

      No one said it COMPETES with the sun. I said we chose that location because it doesn't get a lot of sun so the Forza 500 is able to compete with the little light that does come in there that time of the day, which is already a lot but the Forza 500 is strong enough for that.
