    Top causes of inflammation:
    1. A gallbladder issue or bile sludge
    2. Vitamin D deficiency
    3. Stress or loss
    4. Ingredients in restaurant foods
    5. Sugar, grains, gluten, and seed oils
    6. Unhealthy keto snacks
    7. Visceral fat
    8. High iron levels
    9. Alcohol
    10. Food allergies and food intolerances
    11. Frequent eating
    12. Oxalates and lectins in vegetables
The best natural ways to get rid of inflammation:
    • Get on the Healthy Keto® diet
    • Start intermittent fasting
    • Take vitamin D3
    • Consume glutamine as a supplement or from red meat or cabbage (if you have gut inflammation)
    Thank you Dr Berg! 🐱👍🏿

#3 Stress. I had debilitating back pain in my 20s. I worked for chiropractors so got adjusted when needed. Went to an orthopedic who said I had compressed spine but I had no injury or accident that would have caused it. I tried acupuncture, PT, pills, exercise, nothing helped until someone told me about a book... Healing Back Pain, The Mind Body Connection. I was running on the treadmill within a week before finishing the book. It took a lot of pushing through the pain off and on to tell my brain and back I was in charge and there was nonreal reason for the pain. Stress and body pain are for real. Almost 30 yrs later, of my back starts to tighten up, I move, jump, get on a treadmill, do something to loosen it and let it know I am the boss, not my stress.

The only censorship is the dangerous false information he has put up. Dr Berg is just hamming it up for the attentions and views and to drive people to his site. You still got recommended this video so clearly he's not being censored and the reality is I still get recommended his videos despite having flagged a video of his previously that has been pulled due to dangerous misinformation. Dr Berg has a lot of good videos which makes his bad ones so much more dangerous because of the trust he has built. YT should absolutely remove harmful content and some of Dr Bergs videos have unfortunately been potentially harmful or harmful. He still has potentially harmful videos up.

What drives me nuts is all the organic "healthy" food items that are made with seed oils and/or unhealthy ingredients. I have to be really careful buying organic products because I'm developing new food allergies. Safflower oil is the newest allergy. I itch when I consume it. Flares my eczema right up. It's come down to if I don't cook/bake it then I can't eat it. Realistically I need more guidance so I'm on the waiting list for an integrative physician consult. It will be out of pocket but well worth the time and money. I need baseline studies drawn & more guidance. Thank you Dr Berg for starting me down the path to wellness.

I had a nervous breakdown while going through a seperation & that made me have a traumatic breakdown. At the time I was suffering so much anxiety, ptsd & depression. A few yrs later i was diagnosed with stenosis of spine & that bought on so much depression from chronic pain. About 8yrs ago my rheumatologist found out I had fibromaglia which all these years I was so sick that my depression & anxiety went through the roof. I know that fibromaglia is caused by low serotonin bought on from all the trauma I went through so I can truly relate to this video. If dr’s concentrated on finding cures on nerves of the brain & spinal cord fibromaglia could be cured. I take cymbalta & lyrica but my fibro is getting worse cause I believe I should be taking something better to fix me mentally first.

  • @catitude4
    @catitude4 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

I think I could have that bile sludge problem. If you do, you can't absorb magnesium very well and this causes diarrhea. Finally after all this time I figured it out. I had pain on the right side under the rib. The doctor said I was breathing wrong. What a waste of time going there. I do take glutamine, then I came across choline citrate and this has been helping me come out of this problem.

I lost 150lbs on Healthy Keto and have kept it off for 5 years now. I also have Hemochromatosis. Keto has helped immensely with inflammation. I have not eaten out in 5 years. I make all my meals at home from scratch. I required Open Heart Surgery in 2022 to replace a defective aortic valve, and good thing I lost 150lbs because it made recovery from OHS so much easier and quicker. I couldn’t imagine what I’d have to go through if I was my former weight of 321lbs. Don’t forget - if you do Keto and IF make sure you take an electrolyte supplement because your body will need the magnesium, potassium, and sodium to function properly. Otherwise you can get heart palpitations and other issues.

I had Inflammation from hed to feet on my left side for many years, was painful when I would sit in the vehicle seat, It's designed with the front part up, and it would pull my led, but in one of your videos, you said take 1 cup blueberries, so I put it in my smoothie, and in 3 days it was gone! Now if you knew of how to reduce one breast with out going to a doctor. Since I got my first bra when I was 12, the biger side was C cup. Is there foods that will fix this problem? Thank you!

I just started taking Tudca about 2-3 weeks ago. Half way through a bottle of 60 250mg capsules.
I've always had low back pain. It was central. Not right or left. A week ago I developed an intense pain from my neck to left shoulder. It got really bad. Couldn't sleep. It's improved but still there. Back pain isn't as bad as usual.
I'm still taking Tudca. Some days just one capsule instead of the recommend 2.
Anyway, from what's described in this video. These circumstances appear to be related.

Can inflammation/arthritic changes local to injury site be caused by the metal implant used to stabilise and help heal a broken bone?

    • @SpamMouse
      @SpamMouse 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

There WILL be inflammation at the site of a metal implant for about/up-to two years after the surgery which will decrease and allow more normal feeling/movement. However it's best to keep mobile during that time and eat good calcium and vitamin-K2 sources as well. I have a plate holding my arm together after a motorbike crash.

Is there a battery of tests that is recommended to best assess one's current state of health, to ensure that the methods used are targetted and specific? Like, just the standard Full Blood Examination, or a more comprehensive range of tests? Any suggestions would be most welcome.

I've had gut issues for 5 months, took an endoscopy , found out that it's beginning stage of h-pylori and my esophagus has nearly 4-5% eroded, due to acidity happened during these 5 months. Currently I'm in 2 week triple therapy , but I can't suppress what were the things I face uptil the time (Like hair thinning, hair loss, feeling like LPR reflux on throat & mainly weight loss). From being skinny wants to gain weight to getting even lowered(5+kgs).I really want you to make a video on weight gain, calorie surplus,h-pylori elimination from gut, routine to be after a gut problem.(I haven't had a chance to podcast you, sir😂). Can you help a community of h-pylorians?

I have had adrenal issues, my whole life, due to Cushing’s Syndrome; which, caused knee/ankle pain, since the age of 6.. I am, also, autistic/ADHD.. Cut out corn/corn derivatives, last year.. Not only do I feel physical and emotional sensations I never have, prior - the knee/ankle pain, and all around general soreness from osteoarthritis (thanks to barium contrast, in CT scans), in almost 100% gone.
I know when I eat something processed, and it has corn in it - because my ankles will start to throb.

A wide range of different cases and causes of inflammation-things you won’t find on Google.
    Top causes of inflammation:
    1. A gallbladder issue or bile sludge
    2. Vitamin D deficiency
    3. Stress or loss
    4. Ingredients in restaurant foods
    5. Sugar, grains, gluten, and seed oils
    6. Unhealthy keto snacks
    7. Visceral fat
    8. High iron levels
    9. Alcohol
    10. Food allergies and food intolerances
    11. Frequent eating
    12. Oxalates and lectins in vegetables
The best natural ways to get rid of inflammation:
    • Get on the Healthy Keto® diet
    • Start intermittent fasting
    • Take vitamin D3
    • Consume glutamine as a supplement or from red meat or cabbage (if you have gut inflammation)
