Jenn Poggi teaches photojournalism at Rochester Institute of Technology. She came to RIT following four years at the White House where she served as a picture editor and deputy director of the Photo Office. Previously, Jenn worked for the Associated Press in New York, U.S. News and World Report in Washington, D.C., and was a John S. and James L. Knight Fellow at Ohio University of School of Visual Communication.

Yes. First drafts will never be perfect and that is perfectly okay. I don't actually know what my capstone project will be about but I am very excited to find out. Because when I do, it would mean that I have made SO much progress that my younger self did not think was possible. That's a win for me. It was really nice to hear that from someone else. So thank you for doing this TED talk.
