Perfect video mate. These gyms and Lamai were on my radar,(if i ever get to Koh Samui). Which of the 3 did you like best? And which of the 3 did you think was the best?
The "General" was train in the Lamai muay thai Gym.Akuma Zidov was train there to. I am to old for some competitions in the ring. But where my Brothers Training i love it.
There's honestly so many mate. I'd say to pick 3 or 4 gyms and try each one out and decide yourself. Personally, I'd stay clear of staying on site and find some accommodation nearby as I feel like staying at the gym can be a bit much
Planning a trip to Koh Samui in May, I'm gradually improving my fitness and have dreamed of doing a 2 week muay thai camp. During May is the weather bearable to train hard on a daily basis? I'm late 40s and would love to do this before I'm no longer capable.
Yeah it will be really hot so I usually just go to the 7.30am morning sessions. Just start of steady and see how it goes but you’ll be fine. Hydration sachets & lots of water mate
Hey :) Yeah I usually just use a go pro and tripod. I've never had a problem in a private class but I always ask. For group sessions its harder as I don't want to disturb the class.
1:01 facts hahaha Taxis are more anoying then massage girls when you dont need them but if you need them their are gone or they dont want to work hahah
Your videos are helpful and inspiring! Just booked to come to Koh Samui in September for the first time. Got my heart set on Punch It Gym for the entire 3 weeks. What would you say is the best gym? (Not too busy but good)
Thanks for the kind words mate! I'd say try a few gyms in the first couple of days and join where you vibe the most. Honestly mate, I couldn't pick as they all have different vibes
Thanks so much for watching! Please HIT SUBSCRIBE & give us a like :) Let me know below your favorite gym in Koh Samui to visit?

Hey bro how did you go about filming this were they all cool with you setting up cameras? did you use a tripod at all?
great content man! Did you do any group sessions in these places or just privates?
Thanks mate 👍🏻 I do both group and private sessions. Private sessions are a lot easier to film though and I don't get in the way of other people!

Lamai Muay Thai is the best gym in Koh Samui. 🏆
It's definitely an awesome gym 👊🏻
I've been trying to decide between all of these+ Lionheart. Thank you!
Just found your content it's great mate
Thanks a lot mate!
what do you do for work in thailand?
I work as a freelance marketing consultant online 👍🏻
How does this place compare to Phuket
Phuket is a little bit more expensive. Koh Samui and Koh Phangan is cheaper.
I prefer the vibe on Koh Samui. There's some more chilled spots and a decent muay thai scene! Phuket is definitely more £££
@@fightervault i love visiting the beaches right after a good muay thai session. drink a coconut and a get a nice massage too.
