Conditioning was always my favourite part of training ,I would go to gilli trawangan and go to the elders to find out which banana and coconut kalapa needed to be removed then go and kick them down there tree are sacred so you don't want to get it wrong and 5 eggs straight down hatch whilst holding nostrils don't breath and follow with glass of water then breath whilst releasing nose easy your welcome
Damn this looks rough, but also well worth it in the long run. I'd need to be in much better shape in general before doing anything like that, even the beginner stuff. xD

Before lamai was the first spot for foreign fighters now it became too conmercial but before was very hard
