- What's good? Torrell here! I gave up my 9-5 office/breakdancing life in the UK, sold everything & moved to Chinnarach Muay Thai school in Koh Phangan, Thailand. I have literally 1.5 months of Muay Thai experience, but I've got my first fight in 2 weeks from now. The algorithm hits when you least expect it, I swear. I'm 30 and worked in IT as a sys ad for 10yrs. I left it all behind 7 months ago to live in Thailand and bet on myself by starting an online business. I stumbled upon Muay Thai in November, and it's my new love. @@cwr8618 I loved it. Phuket is a magical place. I'm a BJJ black belt so I went to this specific gym, Southside MMA, because my good friend is an instructor there. Still, you can't go to Thailand and not train MT so I got some of those classes in. I recommend anyone who is even moderately into training MT to go to Thailand for the fighter experience. You won't regret it.
