What actually you are doing with soldering iron Are you suprateng coil or what I mean how you are dividing or separating 19v from ram section or 3 & 5 volt section ? Video not clear
Sir myself facing same problem in my dell celeron 3558 laptop. I gave it for repairing.repair person said screen display and display cable damaged and demanding 7000 from me? Is it possible damaging of display and cable?
Naveen Sir in my Samsung laptop, charger light turns off when plugged into laptop. But when I used a friend's charger, it worked fine and the charging started. So it appears that problem lies in the charger itself and not the laptop. Or is it that the real problem is in the laptop which in turn damaging the charger also after long time use ?? What needs to be fixed..Laptop or its charger??

S u can replace it.. if more than one capacitor connected in parallel then no need to add can leave..

problem might b in ur laptop pls contact professional engineer to get repair.
