AT FIRST ON VCCST OUT PUT WAS 0.46V AND VCCGT 1.05V .THEN I INJECTED 1.05V USING DC POWER SUPPLY .THEN POWERED ON BUT THEN ON SOME SECONDS,VOLTAGE STARTED DROPPING DOWN .THEN NOW BLINKING WHITE AND YELLOW AMBER LIGHT. PLEASE SIR WHAT BRINGS ABOUT VOLTAGE DROP DOWN IN CIRCUIT

Hello. My probook 450 g4 laptop won't boot. This happened after I changed the thermal paste. All it does is the charging port led blinks and the power button blinks too. All this while the caps lock led stays on.

I have also sony vaio vpceb24en laptop bro, it have same dim display problem, whenever I turn on laptop, display blink at right down corner for milliseconds after that it looks completely dim display, also when I return from projector mode that time display blinks for once...
