I'm renovating the exact same boat! Working in the engine compartment is a bit tight but after spending a few hours in there it's not too bad haha

Hey guys, awesome video, love your channel, i have a 1999 seadoo sportster 1800 I got ripped off on 2 years ago then ripped off by small repair shop that took deposit and let it sit for a year and ruing interior, and I’ve fixed in march thanks to u guys Alol. and watched videos to do my engine swaps or repairs, Now I bought my second boat 1997 seadoo challenger 1800 on Saturday for $800 one bad motor, I’ll be watching and using your videos to get my boat done, thanks for making these videos. With your engine videos I feel confident in rebuilding my motors on my own, Any tips you may have?

Posting this comment here because im not sure if you will see it on the older videos. I am considering adding a fuel pump to my 96XP. I saw you mention the Mikuni fuel pump in the SPX build and the Rossier Build. Do you have a link for the pump or advice on whether or not I should install one. Thanks a ton
Do you have aftermarket carbs? You dont need an external pump unless you are doing a race build. It will do absolutely nothing for you
Where did you get the new switches for the dashboard. I have this same boat and I'm looking for a supplier for these parts

All my foam is dry rotted. What do I do?
skin it with new foam as mentioned in the video
What paint did you end up using on the dashboard and where did you get the anodized start/stop buttons?
