Tip for introducing Butter into Dough. Freeze your butter beforehand and use a cheese shredder to add it. You get well mixed buttery pockets all throughout the dough with out the sticky mess

@@dravyn9880 I like this method for making dough that I want a flaky texture from (like pie crust/patties), but I'm not sure with soft bread like this. Usually room-temp butter's recommended as it incorporates more smoothly with the dough (don't want butter-pockets in bread..for me at least)

Too much time under the broiler. Could cover the bottoms with aluminum foil to prevent them getting dry.
