I’m following intermittent fasting, I lost nearly 6kg in 6 weeks time. I fully avoided rice and wheat flour. I’m following millets, legumes, egg, chicken, fish, fruits, vegetables and oats. And some time butter tea for breakfast. In my fasting period I used to drink green tea and water only
