@@hectorrodriguez1035 hey nothing special for the tape, just something with a bit of thickness so it conforms nicely to the board, some of which have components on both sides. So the softer thicker tapes can help with that. The flux paste is Fluxite made by Fry's Metals in the UK. I don't think you can get it anymore. The acid flux I used as well is Duzall which is an older product made here in New Zealand. Again, no longer made unfortunately.
@@hectorrodriguez1035 also the motor mount in this video is 304 stainless which is a bit tricky to solder to, you can see that in the video. I have since taken all my mounts for nickel plating which will make soldering much easier.
