Hello Lewis mate, there is a very old Back to the Future but rumours are that a new one is being built next year.
I think Sterns current business model is to pump average machines into the new pinball renasense, probably to 80%+ pinball hacks who don't mind or don't know the difference between average and quality (and how that affects the overall immersion)
The other 20% that have the knowledge, skill and networks to mod and improve average machines will eventually start to influence the 80% into asking "why doesn't my expensive machine look like that..."
Gonzo's hand illustration of stern compared to others in the market is apt, if stern doesn't change from short term profit to long term customer satisfaction, they will be in trouble (eventually)...

$7k pro vs $19,000 Centaur remake. Foo has tons of satisfied customers at the best price and quickest mfg. I called 2 months after launch to local distributor and got it shipped the next day. Some people don't care or can't afford $10k+ games. What exactly is average about Foo and Godzilla? I played all the new 2023 games, Stern is all that I enjoy personally.

The 5.25 Kenwood speakers are not expensive. Why Stern doesn’t do this stock anymore makes zero sense. Seems Premiums even get 4 inch.
