Does anyone else ever think about the evolution of the presence of a song in your life? The first time you heard it all the way to your present day? Sometimes i think about listening to this when I was 14, depressed and lost and now sometimes I listen to it driving around with my husband and my two year old son and the whole journey just makes me want to cry my eyes out.
Sometimes the nostalgia hits so damn hard... idk how to describe it, but it makes me think for just a second "I can't wait til the next time I'm young".
It just hit me that Flava Flav and awful blue jeans played a REALLY significant part in this video hahaha. What a handsome dude Adam is/was/always will be though. Love them forever

These lyrics always hit so hard...
One of my best friends in high school & college got me listening to TBS, NFG and the like and this brings me back to hanging out with him and just being young. I'm turning 40 in 3 weeks and I still love the music from this time more than anything that's out these days. Also Keith if you see this I miss those days and thank you for introducing me to the best music of the 2000s 😁
still my favorite band and album.
Man have heard TBS since Middle School. 2004-2006. 10 years ago. Damn time flys.
+AccordBass12 That's a decade under the awesomeness
+Ben Dover So good to go back and re listen to them and remember what i was doing back in the early 2000's. Those were the good times.
And with my one last gasping breath I’d apologize for bleeding in your shirt. The deepest line ever still to this day.
It’s always stuck with me 🥹
I remember thinking this was the sweetest line as a kid lmaooo and at 30 I still think it’s kinda beautiful
saw them live in june and when i tell you i SCREAMED those lyrics
meant july
This was the lyric that made me realize I was emo. Acquired a rip of this album from a friend and within a month I was wearing girl jeans, started a band, and had lip piercings. God I miss being a young dumb kid.
Happy 20th birthday to this classic!
When I was in the Army they did a USO tour while I was stationed in Germany and they came to my base and we took a picture with the band after the show with my family and my oldest son is sitting in Adam’s lap. I will ALWAYS love this band no matter how old I get.
Flavor flav in this video is so fire lol didn't expect that
Man this time for music was the best I'm so lucky I spent my youth with the bands and music that came out I wish I could back live it again 38 now and still love this
34 years old and still listening to TBS since I was 16.
I'm 34, Love this song, have listened it to a million times, own multiple copies of this CD, seen them a bunch of times live -This is my first time seeing this music video ever
Here in 2024 to say Adam still has the best stage presence of any modern performer.
When i was younger i didnt realize how iconic this video is

Ten. Years. Ago. This band changed the course of my life. My gratitude is abundant and unmatched.
Thank you, Taking Back Sunday. You know not the extent of greatness with which you possessed.
Twenty. Years. Ago. This band changed the course of my life. My gratitude is abundant and unmatched.

I wish so badly I was able too see Kurt in the 90’s. I’m the same age as his daughter so that wouldn’t have been possible. If only though.. 🤗
This is 2000s not 90s

Thank you pandemic. I've watched all of Flavor Of Love, through Daisy, and so on. But to pair it with TBS really brings this quarantine so beautifully full circle. #grateful
Reminds me of High School. I'm crying, this is to depressing.
:'(
Life is about different chapters. Your in another one now, I think that's how God designed the world. You gotta try make Every chapter your best, and it will be :)
Why is it depressing for you?
I'm in middle school and I'm depressed so fun :,)
Flava flav was perfect for this.
I wish flavor flav was and actual active member of taking back Sunday. Dude can play bass, drums, and keys.
