    After debating back and forth between this and the Mako 360, I picked the Urmosi 720sbc for my dirt bike. Overall, I am very pleased. The quality is excellent and the install is painless. I do want to caution against expecting too much from the mounts. They make a difference, but it is subtle.

      The Flexx bars have a very proven reputation and tons of riders like them! I’ve had positive experiences with both set ups. I’d say the main difference is the Flexx bar ends hinge independently from one another in a vertical motion whereas the 720 clamps technically dampen in every direction, forward, backwards, up, and down. Both do their job great and I’d say it’s personal preference for which direction you go with your set up 👍

    • @MichaelSabo
      @MichaelSabo  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I've used both; I personally would prefer regular anti-vibe clamps over Flexx. This is just my preference keep in mind. I second what Pete said but also the thing I personally don't like with Flexx bars is that they pivot downward on each side which make you lose the linear and connected feel of having the bars fixed. It's also a heavier system and requires more maintenance. Again, just my .02; Flexx have been around for a long time and a lot of people love them.

      I personally dont like Fasst Flexx because they flex too much. However because this flexs and the bar shape doesn't change you don't even notice unless you take a huge hit and then youll be thankful it moved as much as it did.
      Trust me I'm the first guy to say antivibe is not needed. BUT this set up is SOO Different than anything else. I won't own a quad with out it from here on out.

    Love these things I only have 2 negative things to say and they are 1000% personal opinion. You have to run fat bars and I personally like the look of a cross bar on my handle bars. Also the given the design the bar pad is massive. However that is all visual the technology and product are unrivaled.

    • @PeteHager
      @PeteHager 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Great that you mentioned you have to run fat bars, not everyone wants them for reasons like you said. Also, I’m pretty sure Urmosi had an accident years back where he hit his face directly on the handlebar pad and ended up getting hurt. I know he wanted his bar pad to offer more protection then normal and I’d say he accomplished that goal 😊👍

      Flexx bars pivot downward and the bars no longer have a linear, connected feel. I just don't like the way they feel, plus they're heavy and require more maintenance. Just my .02, it all depends on what you like.

    • @kylebeach2316

      Trust me you don't want your arms feeling like jello while trail riding cause you are dealing with arm pump. I don’t know if these will work with flexx bars but I do know the mako 360 works with flexx bars.

    Do they work with Flexx Bars?

    • @roberturmosi-dirtbike-atv

      Works with any 1-1/8 handlebar. I don't see you need a flexx bar if you gettin a 720. The clamp can flex more in every direction then flexx bar ever can up and down

      @PhillyLS1 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@roberturmosi-dirtbike-atv the only reason I ask is because I already own the flex bars. Your products are great, I've used them in GNCC. I want to use this, but I'm already invested with other anti vibe systems :( I'm only so rich lol

      @@PhillyLS1 Understand! I hate to say it but Flexx bar is an old design and like I said only helps a little bit with up and down movement. I don’t try to sell you the clamp by saying yes will work with it. I recommend the 720 with any fat bar. A regular 1-1/8 bar cost $80

    Has someone compared them to flexx bars ? Would like to get the input on that I currently have them and get arm pump like crazy in the first 45-50! Min into the race then I just warm up and I’m good so would love to lose that arm pump at the beginning of a 3 hour race

      I'm wondering the same thing. I rode with Flexx's for years, but finally took them off. They didn't make that much difference and the weight of the bars causes a noticeable change in handing. So, if someone tells me they are MUCH better then Flexx, I'm in. Otherwise, I'll pass at $400
