The bird wasn't really Gamma. The bird was just a organic battery for Gamma, just like Eggman's other Badniks. If you took away the bird and replaced it with a new power source, Gamma would still be Gamma.

The 2 main exceptions are Smithy and the plankton-bots. But that's not what most artificial intelligence would be. Instead their thoughts being reduced to mere numbers with no emotion calculating the most efficient way to carry out their orders. More alien than true extraterrestrials. If morality impairs The Mission, it will swiftly be eliminated. The only thing matching Star Dream's incomprehensible thought process is its incomprehensible power. The power to carry out The Mission no matter how extreme. At least, if Kirby wasn't the most overpowered character ever.
Well of freaking course Zero is #1! No matter how many times he dies he keeps finding a way to come back and continue the fight. You've gotta have brass balls the size of watermelons to constantly flip Death the bird like that.
The first time he died, he was put back together like a Lego set. The second time, he pulled the bullshit "hid himself while he repaired himself" card, even though he had nothing but a torso and an arm and the third time, he was turned into a set of armor. The only way they could kill him, was to do a timeskip of a 1000 years!(still waiting for that zx advent sequel though)

I still don't think Golurk is a "robot", since by that logic Spiritomb is a robot too. Humans trapped souls in a stone, kinda similar to how Golurk works.
Yeah, because overall calling golem type creature(aka material came to life by means of something unnatural) a robot makes an already vague term even more strechy and debatable.
Actually in a sense golems count as robots. They're ancient clay automatons and I think these jewish monsters were inspiration to the whole robot idea to begin with. But the ground rule, pun intended, is that it needs to have the appearence of a traditional golem like Golurk, Huitzil and Egg Golem has.

Spoilers ahead I love Golurk, it's one of my favorite Pokémon, but I'm not sure it really classes as a "robot." It's a golem, an automaton made out of possessed clay. Is it really a robot? I don't really think it is, but I guess in a way you could say that it is a robot.

God, I love robots. The Robot Masters from Mega Man, GLaDOS and the cores from Portal, Dr. Robotnik's many robot minions from Sonic, you name it! I'm basically obsessed with them.
Great list! I agree with nearly every single choice you made for this list (particually Golurk, Plankton's Robot Army, and Metal Sonic!). I would have personally included Poppi from Xenoblade Chronicles 2 as well, but that is just my opinion. Keep up the good work!

I have to say, my favorite video game robot is Emerl from Sonic Battle (at least im pretty sure he's a robot) he was basically the history of Golurk with the abilities of Metal Sonic. An ancient civilization striving to build the ultimate weapon with the ability to copy the abilities of any opponent
A little sad to not see my boy CL4P-TP on the list, but I'm incredibly happy to see my personal favorite Pokemon to get some love. A lot of people seem to overlook Golurk for some reason, but I'll never forget the awesome journey I shared with my favorite badass automaton in White version. I love this mon so much I dedicated a large amount of my time a while back just to successfully breed a perfect shiny competitive Golurk. I succeeded, but didn't get No Guard. I was happy with Iron Fist anyway. Plus its shiny is just awesome looking.

I love Golurk, it's one of my favorite Pokémon, but I'm not sure it really classes as a "robot." It's a golem, an automaton made out of possessed clay. Is it really a robot? I don't really think it is, but I guess in a way you could say that it is a robot.

God, I love robots. The Robot Masters from Mega Man, GLaDOS and the cores from Portal, Dr. Robotnik's many robot minions from Sonic, you name it! I'm basically obsessed with them.
Great list! I agree with nearly every single choice you made for this list (particually Golurk, Plankton's Robot Army, and Metal Sonic!). I would have personally included Poppi from Xenoblade Chronicles 2 as well, but that is just my opinion. Keep up the good work!

I have to say, my favorite video game robot is Emerl from Sonic Battle (at least im pretty sure he's a robot) he was basically the history of Golurk with the abilities of Metal Sonic. An ancient civilization striving to build the ultimate weapon with the ability to copy the abilities of any opponent
A little sad to not see my boy CL4P-TP on the list, but I'm incredibly happy to see my personal favorite Pokemon to get some love. A lot of people seem to overlook Golurk for some reason, but I'll never forget the awesome journey I shared with my favorite badass automaton in White version.
I love this mon so much I dedicated a large amount of my time a while back just to successfully breed a perfect shiny competitive Golurk. I succeeded, but didn't get No Guard. I was happy with Iron Fist anyway. Plus its shiny is just awesome looking.
