IFFY was released in 1984 and it was an International HIT! Feel good, indeed. Check out Chaka's Like Sugar, Tell Me Something Good and I'm Every Woman. That instrument you're hearing is the harmonica played by Stevie Wonder. Nice reaction Thanks!

Just love this song. Mr Stevie Wonder on harmonica!
But my favourite song of hers is I'm every woman. Please do the official video. Such a fantastic song!

Just discovered the channel, after the fantasic Let's Go Crazy reaction. Can't believe you haven't done any more Prince! (aside from 2 Covers!) When you're ready for more (upbeat) Prince I'd suggest "U Got the Look" or "Raspberry Beret".
or for more ladies doing amazing Prince songs: "Manic Monday" by the Bangles; or "The Glamourous Life" by Sheila E.

I watched your reaction to this dance track...
    Thankyou.
I'd would like to give you my observations:
I am a 66 year old British guy...
    Firstly...
I appreciate you are a young guy and you never heard this before...
Second, I was a young guy when this was out in the early eighties, yes you're right the eighties.
OK so, this is a dance track or disco track... Disco's were very big back then and this music hails from that era and is from that particular genre of music.
Yes, it's a feel good track...
Chaka Khan is a very talented and brilliant singer/performer... You didn't mention her vocal range but I guess the modern day stuff you listen to dosent necessarily require you to know much about that.
The high pitch fill sound is a harmonica.
On this track it's played by Stevie Wonder.
He is one of the greatest musician /singer/songwriters of all time... Go check him out... Properly!
No, there is no violence as you put it associated with this music... It's a sad indictment of the times we are living in that you should even think of that.. Not your fault but very sad all the same.
We had this type of stuff coming at us 24/7 back then and we were spoilt for choice and probably didn't always appreciate the abundance of fabulous music we had to be honest.
Listening to it through your ears is great which is why I like music reaction videos on YT.
Yes it's super enjoyable music from a happier time I think but maybe it just seems that way to me.
Keep on doing what you're doing - 60's, 70's, 80's music was the best in my opinion.. I appreciate that you like those eras in music too... Peace out.

The singer Prince wrote this song and then re-made it to fit Chaka's style.
The singer Stevie Wonder plays Harmonica on this song.
    and now you know.

Ace you asked for more old jam songs to react to that are fire like this Chaka Khan song. Here are more....
    1. Cest La Vie (by Robbie Nevil) this song dominated the charts when it came out.
    2. Bad Mama Jamma (by Carl Carlton) this song still jams
    3. D'yer Maker (by Led Zeppelin) this is a Regae Style song by this rock group
    4. No Culpes A La Noche (by Luis Miguel) this is a great Michael Jackson song done in Spanish. You will love it.
    6. Breakout (by Swing Out Sister) this is a number one hit from a British group that rocked the world in Pop music
    7. Lets Dance (by David Bowie) the live concert version is the best
    8. Wishing Well (by Terence Trent D'Arby) he is a mix of Michael Jackson and Prince
    9. Come To Me (by France Joli) this is my favorite Disco song ever. the live video of her singing this song is iconic
    10. Slither (by Velvet Revolver) this is a straight up Rock song. But, it is sooooo good I had to include it
If you react to this songs I will hit you up with more suggestions in the future. Peace.
