Did you knead after rising , if not don’t worry it will rise probably you pt in your donut when te oil isn’t hot

Hi thank you so much. My girls love the doughnuts. Just saw your video a couple days ago and started making them. Awesome recipe for another lockdown here in Auckland NZ..🤧😭.! My doughnuts were dark brown, not sure if it’s the oil I’m using (Rice Bran Oil) or my cooktop is too hot..but they were soft and fluffy...we love them!
