I bought the Blue Angles as my first watch and wanted something a little more outdoors oriented. This was my second purchase. Very nice piece, although I prefer a metal bracelet. Thanks for the quick tutorial!
Thank you for this video as I found it most useful. I purchased a CITIZEN PROMASTER LAND Altichron BN4065-07L Eco-Drive Titanium Adventure Watch and your video definitely helped me to understand the features of my new watch. Much appreciated.
Nice video Sir, I've just pulled the trigger on this one myself. This will be my second Promaster watch, with the other being the BN2038-01L Promaster Aqualand. All the best and stay safe.
Great video, it is similar technology as the EcoPro's with a Solar Cell that will need to be replaced if this watch is stored for a very long time with out charging.
Thanks for the review! Is there a way to reset the altimeter to a known altitude? Obviously the barometric pressure will affect the altitude reading at a given point.
Well Man! Nice Clock... I like it just because it is big, in metal. I was looking on you Tube for those big watch as the citizen promaster Marine. It look realy nice but I don't realy go in sea. I'd like that this your clock shows the outside temperature plus Compas and Altitude. How much cost it by now 2023?
Unboxed mine this(3/10) evening. Set the time & date, as per your instruction. No where near the size of a Casio Mudmaster but, a large, beefy timepiece. No doubt. Think my wrist is slimmer than your 7", but it looks the business. A proper adventure style watch. Maybe a Seiko Urban Safari next for me. Next year🙁
Nice, the Altichron is a unique piece. Just taken a look at the Safari. Right up my street. I'd like to get one of these in too, automatic if possible.
To adjust the calendar, "you must correct the date on the first day of March, May, July, October & December. Do not set the date during the period below as the date indicator is changing. Otherwise, the date indicator may change improperly. Period of time: From 10pm to 0am (12:00am.)" - *Is this really necessary?*
Tbh the whole watch seems to be a downgrade in comparison with the old version: th-cam.com/video/i-0i7lKeWYE/w-d-xo.html The only plus is the outer rotating bezel, but the case, the lume and the overall design are all inferior to the previous one IMHO.
this watch needs a barometer,in the mountains the weather can change in minutes and it would save lives,it also needs a saphire crystal not mineral.it willl get scratched immediately when climbing on rocks.i don't know why they dropped the ball on this, its common sense that every mountaineerer knows how the weather changes at high altitudes.Would've been a perfect watch. i live in the mountains and want one for this express purpose.
G Shock do multiple watches to meet your requirements for much less money. Re scratches even if you put sapphire crystal on it the activity you describe will also scratch up the case so …
Thanks for review! I have several Citizens and they are great watches. I understand this watch is useful as an adventure watch. But so messy design! I would soon be tired using and reading it. It's not for me.
This watch sounds familiar, I think its the newer version of the Skyhawk. As this older model is now discontinued. The only current version of this old model is the Red Arrows Super Titanium Skyhawk.
the altitude sensor cover popped out. can I glue it back using the heavy duty thread lock (very thin alcohol like red liquid, which holds threads permanently and is supposedly waterproof)? or do you recommend epoxy / silicone? would glueing the altitude sensor cover affect the pressure readings?
The Citizen Nighthawk may not have all the bells and whistles that this watch has but it makes up for it with a "screw down crown" and a built like a tank reputation compared to this watch. I'll take a Nighthawk any day over this overrated watch.

Just bought mine from Jomashop for £290. Love it !!!!! Beast

I got this watch yesterday, absolutely loving it. Thanks for tutorial, really appreciate it.

Read the manual. 😂
Excelente información y sencilla de entender. Gracias 🙏🏻
so the -300m meaning you can dive with it and use it as a depth computer?
Hello! A very helpful presentation. Did you say £449??
Thanks very much for the clear instructions. Got my Promaster a few minutes ago. Loving it.
Thanks!
May buy one in the near future. Solid review👍
Thanks!
Got thiscwatch today . Super nice . It is really a beast . But how do I reset the altimeter and the Kompass ?i payed 390 euro today
Great adventurer's watch! Makes me want to go climb a mountain or something. It reminds me of Casio ProTrek, which are also great outdoors watches.
I should try and get hold of one of those Casios
Well Man!
Nice Clock...

What do the numbers in brackets on the outer ring mean?

Thank you for making that easy for this watch IF YOU HAVE THIS WATCH . WATCH THIS VIDEO !!!!
Thanks
Will the compass work underwater? Sort of like a dive compass.
I don't hear any clicks when rotating the bezel. That means that the bezel is not secured in the selected position. Am I wrong? Thank you
Hello, you're not wrong, its a bi directional bezel used to plot north west south east for the compass. It doesn't click
@@realmofwatches1133 Thank you very much
Great Review 👍
I got new awsome watch😘😘😘
I use mine as a back up to my vario when paragliding, good enough in a 'pickle' ;-)

HOW IS THE QUALITY?
Very odd that the crown isn’t screw down and also the band doesn’t really slide through the buckle very well at all.

Good job on this

No saphire ,its a shame

Why's mine green and does not have the promaster logo on the band?

Never heard of this model

You can buy this for £275 from Costco , I think this is a amazing prize.
Yeah that is good!
Nice watch but what killed it for me was the lack of a screw down drown. Unacceptable Citizen....truly unacceptable!
Is that seriously how y'all ALTIMETER? Good Lord!
I bought it for my husband. The Crystal has 3 scratches on it. Garbage for the price and for supposedly being and outdoors watch.
You bought a cheap fake that's why!
@@Theendisnear-q7g Uh no I didn't. I bought it from jewelry store.
Now one sees you are South 👀

I don’t find my compass very accurate unfortunately.
450 bucks and still no sapphire glas on a tool watch.Thank you, but no thank you. 🤷
