The rules for Parent provider needing to leave full time work are different once the recipient turns 18? Or was that Only for PS? Meaning once the recipient is 18 than the parent provider can work full time and still be a parent provider?

Regarding parent provider of an adult child, what are the employment requirements for the second parent living in the home? Are they the same as caring for child under 18 years?

Protective Supervision is not cut at 18. It actually opens you up for more hours for things like domestic chores. You can also work another job full time.

Hi, I work at the medical field and I work “full time” (36 hrs x week) and I will like to know if this is considered has full time for IHSS... I know 40 hrs is full time... but I will like to know if this rule applies to medical field workers... thank you.
