Hey man, good review. I have a very similar setup, but I have the TE300. Best feeling bike I’ve ever ridden by far. One thing of note, you might consider getting a skid plate with an integrated pipe guard. Motoes makes a great one, that’s what I have on my bike. Happy trails!
I should get a pipe skid before I finally put a dent in it 😂I've gotten very lucky at 50 hours. I'll check that one out. Their torque pipe looks pretty cool, too
Great Review! I’m at about 19hrs on mine. First ride bent and cracked a radiator, right side. Replaced it and added bullet proof guards… bent the left one this weekend with the guards. I’d add… braces are better than the BP guards.
That is super strange. I have 215 hours on my 24 300 XCW and have thrown it around in the rocks a lot, no rad guards and have never bent or bruised one. My other bike, TPI, same thing...I don't go down a lot but have definitely let her fly down a few hills with out the rider and no rad damage. Also, I've been with guys that have rad guards and after a big digger the rad guards broke the tabs off the frame (one of the main reasons I don't run the guards).
I would argue that the TacoMoto fuel pickup is a less than optimal solution. The tanks IMS is molding to accept the previous generation fuel pump assembly is the best solution I've seen. HATE the stupid tank setup on my '24 TE 300. Otherwise, it's a fantastic bike.
So I understand the stiff feeling in the frame. But I’m riding a 2022 TX 300 and you still feel rocks and chatter bumps when riding. It’s not like you don’t feel it at all on the older models. I think the stiffness would be better in corners.
Some people like the stiff frame, some don't. I only commented on it to address it as one of the complaints I've heard, for potential buyers who may want to wait for the 2025 update. I personally don't notice it.
@@podpocalypse9817 I've only seen one guy talking about this, "pin it" I believe is his site name...but I haven't seen anyone else with the actual issue. Maybe they are out there and you've seen them, but if this was a real big issue I think we would see it all over the tube. Love your vids podpcoalypse!
In my 2024 TBI the tube that connects the two radiators through the frame gets loose when you hit the radiator, for some reason the tube just fits and nothing secures ir…. There was abetter system in my 2020 tpi
That's weird. Is that without rad guards? This bike has been on its side a couple times but no radiator hose issues. My 22 poked a hole on the left side, which was a notorious issue from being too close to the engine case.
Looking to pick this one up as my next bike. Thanks for the awesome review.

I had the BP brace + guard on my Sherco, those are indestructible. But so expensive 😓

In about a year or so I hope to get a TSP head and the ERM for my 24 xcw, I can't wait to hear what you think when you start messing with it yourself!
Thanks, dawg - should be picking it up *very* soon, once South Bay Moto is back from vacation. So many people love it.
Did the you blow out the bottom of your crank???
Haven't had any issues on this bike yet; I was referring to people with the 2023 models, where it was reported that was happening.

How is the vibration from the motor
Non-existent. KTMs have the best counter balancer from all the bikes I've been on.
@@podpocalypse9817 thanks for the info
My butt, The best thing I put on my 2025 xcw is my butt.
