    I’m a 47 yr old male who has been stressed for 25+ yrs. I’m just amazed how much of a difference this had made in my life and I’m on day 10!! I discovered stretching a few months ago but this 30 day challenge has “grounded” me throughout the day.

    #goodmorning I cried at the end of this one, I felt like my body was releasing toxins and my mind became free. This affirmation was a much needed one for me, along with the stretches. Thank you for doing this its helping me grow

    #goodmorning, Being in the house, this is my daily motivation to get up and get going. It's so nice to have something on the calendar. I would like to ask for you to say what we might be able to use instead of blocks on the days where they are used? I'd hate to order something unnecessary in a time of crisis! Thanks for everything!

      You can use some thick books, boxes of a similar size, sturdy cushions, rolled up blankets. Try some different options out in various poses, it may be a combo of those that work best.

    Repeating this 30 day sequence in Feb 2021. Seconds before Kassandra said what the affirmation of the day was, I said to myself, “All is Well.” I’ve a challenging day ahead - this is a good way to begin. Praise God.

    I have been doing yoga with Kassandra every morning for about a year and it has changed my life. I have a few autoimmune diseases so exercising is very difficult, but with her practices I have not only improved my physical and mental health, but I have also gained muscle and strength. This one is my favorite one! Doing yoga with Kassandra has helped me to find my center and feel grounded. I am also a 5th grade teacher so I often share yoga practices with my students.

      Keep going! I remember the first time I tried a 30 day challenge. I was a bucket of sweat after every session - even the "easy" ones. I fell out of poses and sometimes cut them short. But I did it. That was three years ago. And now things like this are "easy". Keep working at it. You will amaze yourself. I wish you peace and love on your journey. #goodmorning

    Found you when I caught covid and had to quarantine. With major headaches I stayed in bed most of the days. Needing to loosen up I found your morning yoga for beginners and instantly felt a whole lot better doing one of ur 30 min vids. The lingering headache even went away. Thank you for these. You made quarantine so much more bearable.

    Good morning. I am still amazed how only 10 mins can make a difference. I often practice 20-30 mins but this 10 min also did the trick. I am always looking for videos that focus on upper back and neck b/c that is where I hold the most tension and I feel it first thing in am. Thank you!

    Due to homeoffice in the current situation, I needed some movement rather than only rolling from bed to desk :D

    This is my second time through the 30 day challenge. I LOVE it! The stretches have "nursed" me through two pretty painful episodes with my back. Yoga totally seems to be the answer, also, the hip and leg stiffness and soreness that used to define my day are absent whenever I start with you and yoga. Thank you--it's a blessing.

    I have been doing these 10 min yoga classes for long time and I have done this specially many many times… but today the affirmation got me… I didn’t know that I need that affirmation so bad today
