    Thank you for your time and care in explaining everything. Do you have a video on shooting videos over 10 minutes long with the T100?

      As you probably know, there is a limit for how long (or how big) your single recordings can be. They can either be 29.59 minutes long, or 4GB in size. If you shoot 1080, then you will reach 4GB in about 11 minutes. I think you just have to think your video project through so that you stay within those limits. I hope this helps..

    Does anyone else find the autofocus is VERY slow on the EOS400d? Trying to campure moving objects doing street photography is nigh on impossible i'm finding as the camera seems to take 4/5 seconds to try and focus. I end up just keeping it on manual

    I just purchased this camera and I noticed that one I use the LCD screen to take a picture and every time I zoom in and take the picture when I review it it just looks like a normal picture not zoomed in, why is this?

      Hello, If you use the + and - buttons top right at the back of the camera to zoom in on the back screen, you are really just making the image bigger on the screen so that you can check that it is in focus. it has no effect on the actual image on the sensor. The image size is pretty big, so you can blow up the picture in post, but if you really want to zoom in a lot, you will need to look at getting a longer lens.

    • @NikonD5200Channel
      @NikonD5200Channel  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes, if you have the kit lens, there is a switch af/mf. switch it to mf - manual focus

      @@NikonD5200Channel if I were to do that and use a capture card would the square still turn up on the feed?

    • @NikonD5200Channel
      @NikonD5200Channel  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      sorry, what do you mean by capture card? If you mean memory card, when you replay the video, the square will not be on the image.

      ok, so I have had a play with the camera here and I think this will work. I am guessing that you are wanting to work in video mode? ( but this works in the manual setting for stills too). Switch the mode dial around to video, press the q button and change the AF setting from flexizone to live mode. then press the q button again and the square should have gone. The square will appear if you press the shutter button down to focus and then disappear again.
      I hope this helps !
