    I found your channel 1.5 month ago and do your workout since. 6 days per week and 2 workouts a day. I lost 32lbs since then. Thx so much

    I started regularly training with you guys since May last year (also bought the program as an early bird) and have lost more than 11kg so far. It's not a lot of weight but the transformation is astonishing. Jen is such an inspiration because I have seen her progress in earlier videos after she had the first boy to being in perfect shape several videos later. She has always been beautiful but it's just ultra motivating to see the transformations happening from video to video. Thank you for the amazing workouts!!

    I just started working out with resistance bands at home. I found your videos and they are simply the best. I love seeing the calm energy of your sweet dog when they join. Your encouragement is wonderful, and it is lovely to see such a fun couple. I have an auto inflammatory disorder and excersise has been the bane of my existance.     Thank you for actually using resistance bands and not body bands or loop bands that people casually label resistance bands. It's hard to find workouts that actually use these even though there's dozens of search results claiming to use them😅 I'm actually an old school gym rat, I'm now 63 and want to get back in shape after suffering some illnesses. But one thing I do know is that bodybuilding the right way teaches specific titles and labels and rules so it's tough on this old gal to see people just throwing around popular labels instead of being precise 👏

    Found this as I want tone all over..have done it everyday including a spin class for 3 weeks..the changes are amazing..
    I was sceptical at first but people are saying to me you've lost weight or you look more toned..like how you just get on with it..thankyou :)

    I have a rowing machine that I use 6/7 days per week for 40 min per day. I tried your video, and it was amazing. Really helped with the muscles not used in rowing. Thanks for my new go-to video and a boost of motivation.

      FitGent does a really good full body no attachment resistance band workout video to which can be really good to add in with other routines imo. Always good to diverse ourselves into multiple opportunities and guides ;) These are great to though so there's no hate here 💯💚 Positive vibes from the UK 👍

    I'm 40 years old, have never been athletic and am overweight. I've made multiple failed attempts in the past to change this, and have never been able to get past 2 or 3 days. This year, I've decided to give it all I've got. I'm 22 days in and 15lbs down. I've been in a calorie deficit while also trying to start to develop a fitness routine. I've been walking, typically between 10k and 15k steps per day. I've also been using resistance bands and trying to find some simple routines to start making a habit. I've tried a couple of your workouts and really enjoy them.
    I have a lot of questions. As a beginner, what would be a good weekly routine to establish? How many workouts per week? Should I start with full-body routines or have different focuses on different days? What kind of balance should I strike between cardio and muscle building? When do you know it's time to increase or modify your regiment? When you do modify, what changes - more weight? more reps? longer sets?
    There's just so many questions and everywhere I look seems to give totally different answers.

    This workout kicks ass. Usually when I find a workout video and the views are less than 50K, I figure it must actually be good/challenging instead of something super easy, lol.

    I love your work outs. ! I would love it if you could add - “ you can go heavier here - or lighter here - or if you want more resistance kneel down - or standing up you’ll get the same results - just do this -“ I guess more guidance and explain when I can go lighter or heavier
    That’s the only thing I struggle with
