As a Native Idahoan, I can attest to the fact that Boise Fry Company is AMAZING!!! They have a buffalo burger that is divine and I prefer the purple, yam, or sweet potato with Fry sauce and blueberry ketchup.
Hello Amber
As a native Chicagoan I can safely say Portillos is pretty great. The Italian beef and their crinkle fries are both so so good! However as someone who visits Missouri yearly you can never say no to Lions Choice. It puts Arbys to shame with real roast beef, gotta get it with Swiss and au jus with a fountain IBC root beer! It doesn’t get much better than that!
Portillos is good but it's overrated and usually too busy for the what it's worth
It shoulda been Potbelly
don’t forget the chocolate cake shakes!

Hi
Welcome to Sonic: Where our name is everything but the service!
Lol thats true

Definitely would've put Braums over Sonic.
It's the only place I have eaten where I have to ask for light ice in my drink. They always cramped it full of ice and little soft drink! Saving a bit if syrup and upsetting a customer isn't the way to do business.
wait what is it like to have sonics? :O i come from oahu so we have zippys and so on
but i've alwyas seen there adds and they look so good :O
I loved your list! really well put together. having lived in WA, and born in Oregon I can attest that both restraunts are very important to us
I’m a Cali boy so INO is THE place. But I live in Seattle so a Dick’s Deluxe is a alternative. Make the drive to Salem for INO sometimes but always get dinner at Burgerville, USA. All three of the West Coast’s best are exactly the ones I thought they’d be.
Pickle Barrel in Montana is another place. Their “small” sandwich is bigger than a Subway foot long and their large has about 2lbs of meat on it. A large there usually feeds myself, my wife, and our 2 young kids.
Surprised Utah’s wasn’t Arctic Circle.
Dick's is extreme trash and shouldn't be important to anyone
Went to North Carolina for my cousin's wedding back in October 2018. Mentioned that we were going to go to Bojangles the following day. We had two people at our table that were close friends of the bride and groom (the groom being my cousin). They immediately got excited and told us we had to go there. It holds the record for being the only place whose biscuits I love.
I am a native Seattleite and have had likely hundreds, if not thousands, of Dick's burgers, fries, and shakes throughout my life. In high school, we had them for lunch every Saturday. Good times, good times...

As a Wisconsinite, I approve of this video. Culver's is amazing, if you ever visit, first try the butterburger with frozen custard. But the second time you go, you have to try the grilled chicken
I could tell from a mile away that they were going to choose Culver’s as our restaurant of choice
As a non-Wisconsinite, there is no shot im eating chicken in Wisconsin. Idk why but chicken is just not as good in the northern states. Your beef is up there though and obviously, your dairy can't be matched.
@@peenhead9938 Trust dude. We may not have any good fried chicken, but Culver's grilled chicken sandwich is something else. Especially when you put the baby Ray's bbq sauce on it. Not many fast food places serve that brand

Culvers wins my heart and my stomach. Ive lived in 8 states and have been to more than half of these restaurants, most of them more than once, but Culvers is #1.

Can't wait to road trip through California some time in the future and pick up some classic diner-style burgers. I recall when visiting some years ago a girlfriend mentioned all the "secret menu" items and additions. Good fun. This seems like a list that only talks about restaurants that were founded in any given state....I want a list that actually confirms what everyone's fav fast food restaurant is regardless of where it was founded. :)
Well, with Kansas it's accurate - Freddy's is the best burger available across the state. Also, we lost Freddy this last fall at like 93, so pour out some fry sauce for our homie...
Then it would just be McDonald's for every single state because that would be the "most popular" by looking at sales

How would you "actually confirm" every single person's favorite restaurant in a state? We cant even take the US census properly so how do you expect to properly poll an entire state, let alone all of them?????????????
Also, Ive lived in 8 US states and I can confirm that what I know about the people I hang out with and family/friends, they got them all right on this video.
Nah because Waffle House and Zaxby's was founded in Georgia.
