I love the fact they don’t add cheese to every thing I usually have to pay for a cheeseburger and have them take it off, which they rarely do so I have to get everything remade…. So I welcome The fact that if you want cheese you have to add it.

A few years ago when my sister came from Europe she ordered a large drink at a fast food restaurant, and I had gotten a medium. She was shocked to see how big the large drink was, and said that where she lives the large is smaller than our medium, between the small and medium size. By looking at this video it seems like Europe’s large drink has gotten a lot bigger.
In the UK the Burger patties have gone smaller and the spicy mayo has halfed in size in the last 6 month. We also have the Triple whopper and you have to ask for cheese.
In the Netherlands BK also have twister fries, very similar to those Arby sells in the US. And the oreo shakes can also be ordered with a chocolate shake base... Another good desert there are the hot blondie and brownie with soft serve

Do more food tours! Go to Frankenmuth, Michigan and try their Bavarian themed restaurants. They are known for their chicken dinners, although I must say I'm not that impressed with the food, but I love the town. Lots to see and do there! 😊
In fairness in the UK we say both. Like someone has already pointed out chips tend to be chunkier that fries, which are much thinner. Fries is what you say when you are refering to french fries, chips is what you say when you refer to what we typically say when we are referring to the thicker style we normally get over here. To confuse things though some people just say chips to refer to both, but if someone says fries you know exactly which style they are referring to.
The top three are: Whopper, Chicken Sandwich (the elongated one,) and the Chicken Fries. All three are amazing. BK isn’t the best, but it’s a change if “scenery” if you don’t want McD’s or Jack. P.S.- Great commentary as usual!🍔 👏 😋

Australia has a triple, double and single patty version of basically all Hungry Jack's whopper variants on the menu. And there is cheese between each patty.
The 3 American exclusives he shows I am pretty sure we have in Ireland ( and 3 of the others) but not the First British one. I can confirm they put cheese between our patties
How about touring some other countries and trying their fast food? I can think of a few interesting things in different places that are quite iconic: Canada -- compared to other fast food burgers, Canadian A&W is really good, and Regina-style pizza is absolutely awesome; Ireland -- Supermac's (a home-grown Irish burger chain, not my favourite but it's distinct as I'm pretty sure they don't have them anywhere else); New Zealand -- Burger Fuel; Australia -- Oporto chicken sandwiches and a place in Sydney that does good burgers called North's; France -- Quick; and I used to really love Fuddrucker's... I know a lot of them have closed down, but they still exist and it would interesting to see what you think of them. Everyone has done Whataburger/Sonic/Shake Shack/BK/McDs et cetera to death. Try some other, lesser-known chains, please. Fudds would be a good place to start. And for another episode maybe go to Germany and compare the various street foods like Doner Kebabs and Currywurst.

Well the Bacon King is the burger with cheese between the meat. You could order it and ask them to add lettuce and tomatoes. Did that a couple times, it was really good. My regular go-to is a 'Double Whopper w/ Cheese & Bacon' though.
I've had designer pieces and knockoffs of kislux . I ultimately prefer the knockoffs because I'm not worried about scratching it, preserving it, or someone stealing it.
If there's one loaded fries I could recommend it would be the feijoada fries from the restaurant Cubana. They have a few in London, mostly around central. But ya thar slaps so hard. You will not be disappointed 🤤

You need to order soda without ice to get the amount the cups specify. When Harry measured the large (500 ml) in the U.K. he didn't have ice and it was actually 550 ml. Ice takes up space but when it melts the water doesn't take up the same volume. Joe needs to order the soda with no ice if he wants a larger volume of soda.

A sample size of 1 of each simply isn't all that realistic, since no burger or bag of fries is the same.
An idea for a Food Wars series. Harry tries items from US fast food franchises (that haven't made it to the UK) and Joe does the same thing with UK fast food franchises, rank each franchise and their food items and guess if the that fast food franchise can make it in each country. I would love to see Harry try restaurants like Bojangles, Carl's Jr./Hardee's, Chick-fil-A, Del Taco, Raising Cane's, Sonic Drive-In, Whataburger, and Zaxby's!

One of the biggest flaws that Bk has is the fact that they don't add cheese to their burgers by default and charge extra for it.

So glad to see someone who shares my opinion that BK fries are the superior fast food fries, and unsurprised it's a fellow Brit. I wonder if it's that BK fries are actually better over here, or if it's just that McDonald's fries in the UK are awful (I mean, obviously they are, but I wonder if they're better in the USA).
We did have the Bacon King for a while but nobody really ordered it because it's just the Bacon Double Cheese XL but with mayo. Although, right now we do have the "Festive BBQ King" which is a Bacon Double Cheese XL with mayo, BBQ sauce and ♫five onion rings♫ (hence the "Festive" part).
