Man, I keep coming back to your videos. It’s been on my mind to turbo my 3RZ E engine. I’m way down in Guyana South America, you probably never hear of my country located near to Suriname and Brazil.

I put together a turbo kit with the cheapest Chinese stuff i could find. all together i paid about 8 or 900 dollars. everything has held up fine for the last 2 years on 7 pounds no worries. only my turbo manifold which i custom made out of a OEM manifold cracked up. il be changing my setup in the very near future since ive built it with spool rods and have an ECU waiting around once im done fixing a nissan ahaha. got more info in my videos.
I'm considering a pulsar turbo at $1k vs 2.5k for the Garrett, but still using the golebys manifold etc.

So on a stock engine with the gtx3071 , stock fuel system , factory ecu and a better intercooler you can get 300 - 350 rwhp . Will the standard drive train handle this ? FYI 4x4. These videos are great. More details the better.
On a stock ECU you will make up to 230hp I have seen it done
With an ECU injectors and a pump you can make 350+ hp

Can you use this system to twincharge a 3RZ which already has a high boost TRD Supercharger install with it?
Need to be aware of flow restrictions of the super charger
Definitely doable but not with the stock ecu. If going to the trouble of adding a turbo, better off taking off the SC...
Hi mate, I have a 2003 rodeo 4x2 2.7
Do you reckon the 3071 is the way to go (versus say the precision)? Also what do you think of the spool rebuild kits? They include forgies, rods, head gasket, head studs etc. for under 2k

Full boost about 3000rpm
Can the stock ECU be tuned?
Not very well it's a closed ,loop system that's hackable but not very much control

That's spelled MIC placement. Look how "microphone" is spelled with a C. "Mike" is a man's name.
Do you guys have a kit for the 2TR-FE? It's also a 2.7l but not sure how similar or different it is w/3RZ.

Was never a complete kit, just manifolds and turbo. We are working on some more complete options
@ awesome good news I’ll be keeping an eye out, also would the Pulsar PSR3071 Turbo be decent for it instead of the Garrett?
