brother, my hilux 3rz 2001 struggles to go 110 kmh up hills on the hume highway. It cant even reach 90 kmh regularly. I floor it and it barely makes it past 60-70 on the hills. It is a manual. Any way u can help me out please? Is this normal for this car? I was thinking of adding a turbo just so i can get enough power to go 90 on flat ground.

Do you record in stereo? It kept switching from left to right then back again. I normally only use my left earbud and thought I'd gone deaf after the intro 😁 Also waiting on an update on the Echo.

Did you just tube cut your existing fuel line and hose clamp the new hose to it? No flaring required?

My 99 taco needs a turbo too. At least the fuel tank and exhaust didnt have to swap sides so i could drive on the wrong side of the road 😅😅

He’s a guru when it comes to a 3rz engine knows it better than anyone always creating good content. One quick question if you slapped a turbo will you need a new transmission or it depends on the power you’re trying to achieve. Thanks keep those builds coming💯

The Renagade 200A ac dc welder is pretty good , only just bought it . Only thing I'd like to point out I discovered the frequency knob only adjusts the pulse frequency........ not the AC frequency, When changing the frequency on AC setting the arc sound doesn't change if set on min or max ( 300hz ) . Measured the frequency with a Fluke multimeter and yes it stays on 58 HZ all the time while AC welding Maybe this frequency is more suited to thicker aluminium? Think I'll be taking this welder back to where i bought it . Great welding there mate, excellent really .

Hey bud with a 4wheel drive on the first group of 200hp to 250hp. Do you think those numbers would double with the lower gears or more like a quarter of that more? Say like if a 2 wheel drive made 200hp and then with the same setup on a 4wheel drive it would be 250hp. What do you think?

What seats, valves, guides do you guys run. Here in Socal it seems every high milage daily drivern 3rz head that comes through the shop is cracked around the valve seats to the spark plug.

Hi, Ive taken my head off my standard 3RZ and got it fully recon with new genuine valves. Not long after now I've got a bit of a rattle/knocky noise and its hard to tell if its top or bottom end. Do the Balance shaft bearings cause a knock? Its more audible at high idle.

Hey legend, I have a tick/tapping sound on my motor that I’ve been chasing forever, I’ve checked all valve clearances but they all seam on the tighter side of the tolerances. Any idea where I should be looking ?
