I love your shop with me videos! There are no Walmart’s near me but a lot of what you review is available in other places so it’s still really useful.
I have the physicians formula oil cleanser and I really like it. If it has fragrance I can’t smell much. You do have to shake it really well before you use it but it seems to take off most of my makeup before following up with the cerave foaming face wash. I’ve been looking for balm and oil cleansers and they’re kind of hard to find these days!

This is my method of keeping my foundation, eye make-up and lipstick in place whilst wearing and after removing a Covid face mask.
I love the 10.0.6 "Hold Tight" primer. (I apply it all over my face, inc. eyelids, inner nostrils and over lips.) I use that and then I apply the Sace Lady concealer no.1 by applying it (wherever needed) with the small end of a flat foundation brush...and then "slapping" it into my skin with the large end of the same (dual end) foundation brush. A very small amount of concealer can be lightly applied both as a concealer & foundation for a very good coverage.
Then patting "Lili Lolo" loose SPF mineral loose powder on top (with a big powder puff). Again, you dont need much, but keep patting and pressing the powder that is already there further into your skin. Keep patting!
Then I do my eye make-up. Your powder eyeshadow will not become creased!
I then apply (Essence) lip liner all over my lips and pat it in with my index finger...keeping in mind that I have prepared my lips with lip balm before putting the primer on top...and finishing with the lip liner (no lipstick or lipgloss/balm on top!)
I don't spray my face with any fixing sprays.
All these products are not expensive. If you are at work it can get expensive, annoying and time consuming having to constantly repapply after coffee and lunch breaks. I buy my "Sace Lady" concealer on Ali Express.

I love shopping with Dr Dray videos especially being in Australia the selection and price of products is wow!! Solely because Texas is in the news at the moment and we are at Walmart I've gotta ask, very respectfully, to a viewer in Houston if it's true that Walmart has a gun section? You were spot on with the Dove Clinical Protection deodorant. I first used it during a vacation to the tropics and it WORKS. I was in heat indices around 120F (temperatures around 42C) and the only part of my body that wasn't sweating nonstop was under my arms. I applied it at night when I went to bed and washed the area off in the morning, and I've done that ever since. Really helped with body odor and significantly reduced irritation when I shaved. I don't know where I got the idea to put antiperspirant on in the morning when I got dressed. All it did was ruin my clothes!

Whenever teens/men question why they should use skincare, (apart from sunscreen helping to prevent skin cancer and premature aging); telling them that moisturising can prevent ingrown hairs should hopefully make them more eager to take care of their skin. If they use an oil-free, moisturising sunscreen it will be a quadruple concern product (acne, ingrown hairs, sun damage and aging). In addition to this, first using a salicylic acid cleanser would be a good place to start for a guy who only worries about their skin when they have a problem. You don't want them causing further damage to their skin by getting infections, scaring, bruising, pock marks from damaging their skin (squeezing, picking, harsh scrubbing, sharp tweezers etc.)
YT's Lab Muffin's, latest video includes her boyfriend Omar, who now seems to be a skincare convert.

I currently live on Long Island with its high humidity. Shortly I'll be moving to Henderson, NV where there is no humidity and is a very dry climate especially compared to New York. Can you please tell me the different steps I should do for my skin now that I'll be living in a different climate? Right now I use Neutrogena creamy formula cleanser, Neutrogena gel for dry skin (fragrance free), Cerave moisturizer, Differin (at night), and CVS clear zinc sunscreen during the day. I know that in different climates, I can develop epidermal water loss and want to continue to have the beautiful skin that, with your help, I have been able to attain. Should I change my routine to accommodate the dry climate? BTW, I'm 65 years old.

I’ve lived in Henderson Nevada for 26 years and yes it’s very dry😅 What helps me is to apply moisturizer immediately after showering. I keep my face and body moisturizer in my shower stall so it’s easy to apply. You might want to use a very emollient fragrance free cream or lotion. I use Aveeno calming face moisturizer. It’s very smooth and great for sensitive skin. The sun is intense, especially in the summer, so a good sunscreen, shades and a hat when outdoors. I believe hyaluronic acid products might not work as well here because it draws moisture from the air and may make skin drier. Overall, hydrating cleansers, moisturizers and sunscreens will be best! Hope that helps😊

@@babiejo59 Thanks so much for responding to my message. I use hyaluronic acid serum now and love what it does for my skin. Are you saying that dry climates will discourage hyaluronic acid and will make skin drier? That's so interesting! I know Dr. Dray had a video a few years ago talking about what people in different climates should use different routines in daily skin care. I tried looking for it....but couldn't find it. Thanks for your help. If you have any other advice, I'd appreciate it tremendously. Dr. Dray has helped my skin so much and I don't want to go backwards due to my relocation. Fondly, Kathryn

@@kmon56 Hi there! In regards to Hyaluronic acid when living in a very dry climate, it can’t draw moisture from the air or environment, so it may actually start to pull moisture out of the deep layers of your skin. If you do use Hyaluronic acid, you just have to top it with a hydrating moisturizer. Preferably one that has glycerin, petrolatum, niacinamide, avena sativa(oat) dimethicone, etc. I personally love the Aveeno Calm and restore oat gel moisturizer for sensitive skin. Dr Dray reviewed this line and recommended it. It’s so soothing and has such a lovely and smooth texture. Humidifiers are also good for counteracting dryness. I believe all the products you’re using are great! I’m 62, so I also deal with mature skin too. My problem area is my t zone, especially my nose. Just remember to stay hydrated and your skin will thank you! Of course… sunscreen as Dr Dray always reminds us😊 Best of luck in your move!

3:10 In my personal experience (and from other testamonials) with OTC actives available in the EU, piroctone olamine is noticeably less effective than zinc pyrithione.

I know Dr Sam Bunting has done videos. Dr Daniel Sugai has done a shaving video and recommended products so has Doctorly. Dr Sam Bailey has videos on men's skin care but she sometimes is pushing her own products. Lab Muffin just posted a video with her boyfriend on how she got him to update his skin care routine (soap and shampoo).
