    Oh my Gosh !! I've been doing chest workout for the past six weeks and nothing change, Instead my shoulder become wide and tough, no wonder why ,my formation are very bad, tas wala rin sa tama yung momentum ko. Thankies coach, This is so informative...

    Idol Ken gawa ka naman po ng vid about din sa kung ilang exercises ba ang gagawin mo kung ikaw ay mag Chechest workout or Back or Shoulder&Legs. Kasi po ang ginagawa kopo kapag nagche chest workout ako halos 7 exercises ng chest po yung ginagawa ko bukod papo yung tricep dun, and I think parang sobra naman ata yun na parang sa point na over training & muscle wasting na ata yung ginagawa ko. Btw I'm a beginner lang po and na iinspire po ako sa inyo. Yun lang po Idol Ken salamat po!❤️🙌🏼

    Solid tlga ung machine mo tol,,iba tlga ang tama nang hammer grip chest press machine,. Pinakamaganda machine yan na chest kong gosto nang iba na mabilis madevelop ung chest nila,, ung grip nya safe sa wrist at maganda ung pwersa may dagdag power.. Yan ang mganda sa mga power grip, kahit sa shoulde at back

    Tama ka tol.. Pero pg nag chest workout panatilihin din na lagi nka retract ung shoulder blade mo o ung scapula mo para chest tlga ang tama. Maganda ung katamtaman weight lng o ung nabubuhat mo para ma execute ung proper form
