    You should emphasize the right breathing procedure when you lower down the barbell, when to inhale and exhale. That is one important instruction in performing the Bench press.

      parang nakita ko na yung comment mo na ganito sa ibang vids ni Rendon..
      Ang alam ko kapag sasaluhin mo yung weight is kailangan mo mag inhale, at kapag mag eexecute ka naman ng push or press is dun ka mag e-exhale. Natutunan ko to sa isang vid ni Rendon kasama si Coach Archie.

    Mga coach,psensya na medyo hndi aq nakontento sa pina kita ninyung dalawa ok na sana pero hndi nyo masyadong naperfect yung pagdedemo sa chest workout nyo! Una napansin ko kapag naglilift kyo ng weight itinataas nyo yung muka ninyo may mali po dyan,pwedeng mg karuon kyo ng stip neck bkit kmo coach maliwanag nman na sinabi nyo na chest ang iwoworkout ninyo bkit kailangan gumamit ng paglilift ng face mo dun sa pag iinsayo nyo ng chest,hndi natin kailangan gumamit ng mga ganung paraan may tendency na sumakit ang mga leeg nyo at sk coach psensya na db kapag chest workout chest lng dapat,tama po ba..eh bkit kailangan nating mg art payung back natin db hndi nrin kailangan yun! Skit nrin yan ng mga nag chechest exercise lalo nat kpag mabigat na ang kanilang binubuhat nag aart nyung back ito ay mali ayon sa akin nababasa...kya nga itinuturo sa lahat ang tamang pagbubuhat na hndi kailangan ang magbubuhat ng mabibigat,sapagkat ito ay worst exercise! Syempre nga nman kapag mabigat oh nahihirapan ang isang nag iinsayo dyan gumagawang ibat ibang galaw oh reaction para lamang maiangat nila,lingid sa kaalaman ng iba na dpat maituro sa lahat beginner man oh advanced according to certified nutritionist !po ha...ang pag laki ng mga muscle ntin sa katawan ay may tatlong cathegory! Una po ang tamang nutrition pangalawa ang tamaring pagbubuhat! At ikatlo ang tamang pagpapahinga at 4 dagdag kulang yung pagiging dedekasyun mo sa sarili mo!yun yung tama para skin coach, marami ksi sa inyung mga instructor puro mabigat! Dapat failure,dapat araw araw! Mali😌eto hndi na para sa inyo tung message ko kundi sa ibang mga instructor✌🏾psensya ksi nag gigym din aq at nagbabasabasa rin kong minsan🥸✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾
