It's not a silly question at all!! It's actually a great question. The answer is: whatever is easiest for you :) I think it's easiest to go the same way as me, and I purposefully use cues that don't specify right/left to make it easier to do that. You can also go the opposite direction though, if that makes more sense for your brain! This is a really good question, let me know if you have any others!
